Great little pan for jam tarts, not too deep, not too shallow. Maybe not big enough for those who like huge mince pies but big enough for me. Sturdy, non stick and easy to clean. A bit tricky to get out of the oven as there isn’t much around the edges to get hold of but that’s just a minor problem. I like it so much I have ordered another one .

I use this to make Yorkshire puddings in and have not had one stick yet. I do use a little oil around the tin, but it is only a little. It us ice and sturdy and easy to use and clean. You could just wipe it, but I use a little washing up water.

This is what I would describe as a true jam tart tin and therefore, as some respondents have mentioned, quite shallow. However, with thin crispy pastry quite adequate for mince pies or similar. It is exactly what I required, arrived quickly, is sturdy and easy to clean. A good partner for the standard muffin tin.

Even greasing, (the old fashioned way,) does NOT stop residue from sticking. And now, it is begining to peel. Oh, for a genuine non-stick cake tray.

I bought the tray for making Yorkshire puddings at Christmas. When it arrived I thought it might be too shallow and I was expecting tiny puds, but they came out the perfect size (maybe slightly bigger than Auntie Bessie's), perfectly risen and not one of them stuck. It was a bit tricky carrying the tray when they'd been filled with batter because the indentations are shallow, the tray is quite heavy and there's not much room around the edge to hold, so next time I'll put it on a baking tray before it goes in the oven to heat up.It's too early to comment on the durability of the non-stick coating, but I have nothing but praise for it so far.I'd definitely recommend this item.

Very impressed with the quality of this item. Plus 20 year guarantee as a bonus. Item feels very strong and sturdy and I am sure it will take lots of use without any problem.

Really solid, heavy duty bakeware - excellent non-stick properties. Allegedly 20 year guarantee AND dishwasher safe - I’ll reserve judgment on whether those two things can be offered together. I think that hand-washing is a better long-term plan to avoid any rusting of the thick, turned edges of this range. They are lovely bakeware items - and I’d like them to stay that way.
