I have been looking for this sword for some time. This sword is not for defense or even cutting water bottles. This sword is a movie replica from the 2006 movie ULTRAVIOLET with Milla Jovovich. Loved the way that she handled the sword in the movie. I saw some comment about how this sword is not worth buying, but if you are a movie buff then it's well worth buying. As I stated before this is just a replica and it's for displaying only. The words on the sword are just Hollywood gibberish not a real language. If you saw the film ultraviolet and like the film than this sword is just for you. But if your trying to take down a horde of bad guys with this sword then order a body bag with this sword because it's going to be a lost cause. But it is a great movie memorabilia.

Pretty light but no handguard.

the sword feels and looks great, very sleek and lightweight. however the one i got came with different runes/inscriptions on it, and the base doesnt have that lil silver thing on it. still, really good sword for the price. just needs an edge put on it

!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!This is just a piece of stamped out sheet metal. There are no edges, more like a dull bevel. The third edge they speak of is the blunt end of "blade". I use quotes because this thing couldn't cut butter. It'll definitely split butter but it will never "cut" it or anything else. It just a blunt instrument.The scribbling on the sheath and blade is just gibberish. I have tried every interpreting web site and nothing translates.Their customer service is deplorable. Since it is not fulfilled by Amazon. The return process is difficult at best. Amazon will open a dispute but it seems they prefer to side with the seller.So I'm stuck with a 2.5' door stop. I could put an edge on it with my grinder but then it will just look like some home project gone terribley wrong.
