I'm a beginner so I don't have much to compare the sound to but I think it looks and feels fantastic! At first I was worried that I was going to get a used one or that it would be scuffed because of other reviews, but that wasn't the case. I noticed small scuffs on the white part when I first opened it like another buyer but soon realized the scuffs were on a thin manufacturing plastic that protects the shiny parts. You have to peel that layer off!! It was brand new and I'm very happy with it. It also came with all accessories as promised. Thank you :)

Good quality for the money. It needed some minor setup. Small adjustment to string and pickup height and intonation. But was playable out of the box. A few of the fret ends felt rough but more than acceptable for the price. The tuner could be better too. This is a gift for my neice but as an adult I had fun plinking on it too. It has light string tension so it was fun for doing big bends! The tuners also could be better for small adjustment but it has held tune for the 2 weeks I have had it.

Very disappointing. The guitar came in completely unusable condition. The neck was forcefully ripped out of the body. The white front trim was coming off in places, screws not put in straight. Whoever put this guitar together absolutely does not care about quality. Very poor craftsmanship. Austin Bazaar is closed on Sunday’s so I messaged them. I am expecting a replacement sent to me ASAP. I will update the review based on how quick I get a response and depending on the condition of the replacement. Update 10/24; Called and got through to Austin Bazaar. They offered a replacement or a refund. The one I received is garbage and unfixable. I opted for the refund. Updated to 2 stars since it seems they are honoring the product they sell. Will keep an eye out for the refund. Needless to say I am quite disappointed. But not as disappointed as my son who was really looking forward to this and received a piece of junk instead.

Absolutely beautiful, the best instrument i’ve ever bought. For the money i payed for it, it’s truly amazing. Other then some minor scratches and a lose screw i found (which was easy to fix, i just screwed it back in and it played good) it’s awesome. The tuner did come with a bad battery and i had to get a new battery from my ukulele tuner to replace it, but the tuner works great and the guitar sounded really good after tuning! I really have no complaints about this buy, and i’d definitely buy from them again

It's as pictured, though the face of it has severe scratches on it. For something I'm paying 200 dollars for I would hope for it to look brand new. Would like at least a partial refund for damaged goods sent to me.
