Lets keep this simple and informative. My BBQ is the BROIL KING 540. I needed 5 of these grates but the pack from Amazon only came with 4 of them so I had to order two of these for a total of $140. Leaving three grates for future use. When I called Broil King to order the original Stainless Steel Grates there wanted $175 plus shipping. Lets round it to $190. Truth be told it might not have been Broil King but another reseller in charge of selling factory parts for them. None the less, with ordering two of these from Amazon. I saved $50. Here are some details;1. The original grates from the factory. The rods were 8mm thick2. These new grates came in at 7mm thick as advertised, not a show stopper still sturdy and good quality3. These were installed on the the Broil King Baron 540 BBQ4. These fit my Broil King Baron perfectly! All 5 were welded true and the grates were nicely finished with no rough or sharp edges! Much better value than the replacements from Broil King and superior to the porcelain enameled cast iron originals, which I did not even get a year of cooking from each of the two sets of those and why I went to stainless steel grates. Time will tell for long-term durability, but I seasoned them with three cycles of canola oil and today's meal cooked well.

I have a Huntington Rebel 21-2264 and needed to replace the original porcelain enameled cast iron grates.Anyone with this style grill will know that "universal" replacements aren't so universal as the grill has screw heads that protrude right where the grates sit and they must be notched or they will not seat correctly. I bought the stainless steel version and the way they are made eliminates that problem and they work perfectly.

Fits my grill perfectly, I dont think it heats as well as cast iron, but its alot easier to clean, and no rust

I own a Huntinton 6821 grill and needed new cooking grates because the porcelain had burnt off the cast iron which coated them. The replacements grates are stainless steel, I'm confidant they will last longer and be easier to maintain. The length of each grate is perfect (17 3/8) and the width of each of the 4 grates is 1/2 of the original equipment.....having 4 smaller grates instead of 2 larger grates works out perfectly.....it actually gives me more options so I can maintain a cleaner grilling surface.The manufacturer of my Huntington 6821 also sells the exact grill as Sterling 5821 and as Broil-Mate 7821.

I purchased these as a replacement for the HORRIBLE cast iron cooking grids which came standard with my Broil King Baron, model 9625-64. Despite constant seasoning and oiling, the original cooking grids kept rusting badly. The Broil King brand stainless replacements would have cost me around $140, these were less than half that price. These Votenli grids appear well made, are very sturdy, fit my grill perfectly, and are 304 stainless. Broil King claims their stainless cooking grids are 430 stainless, which probably makes them LESS corrosion resistant than Votenli's.) I preheated the grill to maximum temperature with these and there was no sign of any warping, I grilled steaks on them which turned out delicious as expected, and the cooking grids cleaned up just fine with a brushing. I give these Votenli cooking grids a "THUMBS UP."
