Well, this is what you need to supply your body with the main ingredient used to keep those things growing strong. The best Collagen has little to no smell and almost no or no taste. It can be added to many items and usually dissolves right into any warm items, so gravy, soup, hot cereal, broth..... I use it every day in my morning coffee. Yep, 2 tablespoons right in the cup. You would never know it was there. Keep your joints strong, and hair long.

This is my favorite product for collagen. My only complaint is how expensive it has gotten over the years. Other than that I'm happy with the product overall.

My use of this product helps me in relieving pain and improving joint function. It has also made my aging skin look better as i am a senior. My nails are not so brittle any more. More importantly, it has helped in my weight loss.

I use this powder in my morning coffee every day and it has kept my hair full and shiny even as it grayed and my skin more supple. It is not going to cure your wrinkles or give you back the hair of your youth, but it seems to have done a good job for me and my joints are also doing very well!

Received 4 pack and bag was filled with spilled product. No where to notify Amazon and this is not returnable. I LOVE this product and typically buy straight from Great Lakes and NOT Amazon. It looks like I may need to go back to buying direct from there. The exterior box was in perfect condition so this did not happen during shipping but prior. Highly recommend the product. Disappointed in Amazon packing.

I tried tons of other products before my sister mentioned this one and I’ve been using it for years now I’ll take it almost every day and I am 61 years old and I am a very active person. I rollerskate a hike, a bike, and it has relieve the joint pain that I have sometimes felt when doing these things.

I love how I put it In my coffee and it blends with no clumping. I notice my bowels are calmer and the process makes me feel less toxic.
