Stylish laptop which has very less battery life.
All the features of the product are as described except the battery life. Which is just one to one and half hour of backup which we get.

Poor battery, not even 1hr+ and the seller send a user laptop
The battery have a very big issue, doesn't charge full, never 100% even after charging full night. The battery back up is poor, less than 90 minutes, on battery saver mode. But the product video says, "upto10 hours!" See the screenshot attached.The laptop box had it seal already opened once, and was refixed, and box was also not sealed ...it was opened.. see pictures all self explanatory.It seems that someone returned this laptop and was sent to me.I need a "brand new laptop with battery backup as advertised' or please refund money.

Bettery life is very poor
Product description says that battery life 10hr but it actually runs less than 3 hrs.All other feature and design is very good and excellent. I would not recommend to spend more than 50K on this product with battery issue.

Never buy
Never buy any product from Avita. This is the worst experience I have ever had.Their customer-service center in India not working and you can't reach tehn over phone or email.Even under warranty, they will not provide any kind of part replacement or paid service. Spare parts also not available in open market like Nehru Place, Delhi.

Worst service and not durable
The media could not be loaded. my laptop is under warranty and avita service centre pick it for repairing and delivered after 2 months. Now laptop is destroyed by avita laptop is not working motherboard is used and rusted. Avita service centre destroyed my new laptop and avita customer service is not doing anything. The avita engineer took cash from my home and ran away. This was horrible incident for me. I just filed FIR. Please never buy avita product or you must suffer.
