SocksLane Cotton Compression Socks for Women & Men. 15-20 mmHg Support Knee-High

I have been wearing compression stockings for over 15 years. I have bought them all - from expensive medical grade to $5 OTC get what you get. I've tried the zip up kind, men's sizes, and got just plain tired of playing tug-of-war with them to get them on. They all have their benefits, but because of my large calves, not one of them has ever been comfortable. In fact, I have feared that they may be cutting off instead of promoting blood flow.These stockings are the most comfortable that I have ever worn. I even showed them to my vascular surgeon just yesterday and she was also impressed. They are priced fairly and seem to hold up well after washing. After just a couple of months of wearing them, I have decided to toss the dozens of ill fitting socks cluttering up my drawer and replace them with these.

I have had compression socks in the past that were SO tight and very uncomfortable. I know they should be somewhat tight, but I can't take it when they will not even really pull up my leg without pain. I have a wide calf (can't remember if it was 18" or very close to 18") and I wear a size 10 shoes. I am a clothing size 16/18. I got the "Extra-Wide" size and they are perfect. Just enough compression. My doctor said I did not need the tight compression stockings, but just to get the compression socks. These are the right amount of tightness without being uncomfortable or hurting. At first, I thought they'd be a bit too long cuz they felt like they were going to stretch above my calf, to the knee area. But I just stopped them at the top of my calf (right under my knee) and left it like that... And it was fine. I recommend these.

Great compression socks that look like normal knee high socks. These are the best.I normally wear high compression knee high stockings 30-40mmhg, and even though the ones I have are black, they still look like support stockings. Not very good for a date, right?!!!These cotton knee high compression socks are perfect. While they are lower in compression (15-20) than my support hose, it is still enough for me for a whole day/evening. The stockings are soft and comfortable and look just like regular socks!I bought another brand of "cotton" knee highs and they looked like some type of medical appliance! Horrible. :(These compression socks look normal, feel great, and are relatively easy to get on and off with no special gadgets. So, I have bought 5 more pairs!For someone who does not normally need really high compression like I do, these will be all you ever need!Can you tell I am happy? :) I am. Thank you!!!

I love these. I have wide calves - 19 inch circumference. I'm just a size 12 in pants, but my calves are proportionally large so I struggle to find socks and boots that fit well. These are great. They are tight without being restrictive. I can wear them for 8-9 hours and still be comfortable.

I did receive the compression socks ( two pairs) a few days ago. Both of them were delivered fast and were in good condition.I love these high quality and well made socks. They are indeed beautiful and very comfortable!The problem with the socks is that I have severe varicose veins on my both legs therefore I need some firm compression socks instead of the moderate ones. However, I will keep these socks because of their quality and beauty.I wish SocksLane could make some very firm small sized compression socks, which I have been looking for in every pharmacy in my local area, but I cannot find. I love love love love your socks! I have been a nurse for four years and it wasn't until the middle of my second year that I noticed the sudden appearance of varicose veins and was like "WHAT is this!?" So for the last two plus years I have been soul searching for the perfect compression/work sock that wouldn't slide down, or squeeze just my ankles, or cut off the blood from from the band of the knees all the way down my calves. I have been through at least ten different companies, all disappointments. This reason, and the personal service I have received from your company, has been the stellar differences between your socks and everyone else's!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE that your socks don't break out my skin, or over squeeze, or under squeeze, or fall down to my ankles, etc. Literally I have worn them for a 14 hour day and later an 18 hour day and never felt uncomfortable or worried about my feet/ankles/calves. You have perfected the science of excellent compression socks for working legs!! I plan to purchase many more pair in the future so my drawers with work clothes will be stocked with these heavenly socks! My first pair was delivered yesterday just before my nursing shift. They were easy to put on, and my legs & ankles felt great ALL SHIFT! After being on my feet for most of the 8 hours, barely any swelling in my left ankle--and NO PAIN!I just ordered a second pair.

I recently took a long flight from Boston to Portland Oregon and my feet tend to swell on these flights! I had tried other compression socks but had limited success but I put these on and they were so comfortable! I was able to be comfortable on my flight without my feet swelling. They were so comfortable that I forgot I was wearing them! I loved theses compression socks

I'm a shoe size 7 1/2 with a muscly calf, 5f7". I ordered M/L, it is a perfect fit. The material is lovely and wicks away moisture, I wear these 8 hours standing at work and go for long walks, my legs are not aching any more. The cotton content means that they are soft and the padding under the foot is lovely. The fibres are 65 % natural and wear like any normal sock of the same materials.Washes and dries well, I ordered a second pair within a week, they are fantastic. Design is nice, too. Not in your face but a little fashionable touch.

I ordered these cotton compression socks to avoid the usual lycra and nylon products as my skin is extremely sensitive to lycra. They were fairly easy to put on and gave excellent support and comfort for my first long haul flight.Worn solidly throughout the trip for over 30 hours each way (UK to NZ via Singapore a maximum of 24 hours flight each time) I was impressed that my legs, ankles and feet were not swollen at all as with varicose veins I am prone to swelling and aching in prolonged sedentary situations.I highly recommend these compression socks and will definately purchase again in the future if these quality sturdy socks ever wear out!

Wanted these to improve circulation in legs. They go on with a bit of a struggle but are very comfy when on, except for the tightness of the band at the top. These leave a deep ridge and I am not sure that there is not more risk from constriction there. I am not sure whether to wear them or not. The jury is out.!

When I fly long haul I always wear flight socks. One of the problems I have on long haul flights is restless legs which means I can never sleep and have to keep getting up. These socks were fabulous. Comfy, nice and long and best of all, I did not get restless legs on my recent 10 hour flight. I even managed to sleep for 3 hours which is a first! They have washed well with no shrinkage (I washed them at 40 degrees in washing machine although wash instructions do say hand wash.) I am just under 6ft tall and the socks came to just below my knees which was perfect. I recommend this product.

These are the best socks for work wear. Comfortable and easier to get on and, more importantly, off than several other types I’ve tried. . My only criticism is that, as someone who wears these to walk around constantly for 10 hours at a time (apart from food break), they wear through the toe. As they are at the pricier end, it would be nice if the toe could be thicker. ( I don’t have long toes or toe nails btw).

Lovely soft cotton feel, not bulky fabric, the different coloured stopped stripes give the socks a fun look. Comfy, and the cat likes them too!

I am on my feet all day and found these socks very comfortable to wear. Not only did they stop my legs from aching so much they look good too. Really good quality worth paying the extra money for.

I was sceptical if this would ease pains, I have high arches and have to wear an arch support but was curious if compression socks would help with the morning and end of day pains. Pleasantly surprise that just wearing during the day did just that and even kept my feet nice and warm usually my feet get cold but I find thermal socks to bulky to wear in my boots. Need to get more

Arrived promptly. They are tight, as they should be, but not uncomfortably so. Started working in a shop and bought these to help my legs while I am standing all day. Working well, so far.

I am vary happy with my compression socks! Bought to use at work (healthcare professional) as I am on my feet for long hours. These are comfortable and apply just the necessary compression to the calves. The material is soft and they are very easy to put on. And the colourful stripes add a bit of fun! I am a size 4 and got the small-medium. They fit perfectly. Ordered 2 pairs and will definitely by a couple more!

I have tried on the flight socks and they feel nice and comfy being made of cotton, so I am sure they will see me thru the long flight without any problems.The items arrived the day after I ordered them which is super fast and they were nicely packaged.

Bought these as a spare during the day, from my syntheticy prescription socks, after an operation and what a relief to find some cotton rich ones as I don't ever wear synthetic. Will continue to wear them for travel etc in the future now that I know about them.

Having worn the more medical type compression socks previously, I was unsure if these would be suitable for my long haul flight to Australia recently. However after reading favourable reviews I decided to give them ago and was very impressed. They were supportive to the right degree but very soft, comfortable and easy to get on and off. I'd previously suffered from swollen ankles on long flights, but there was no swelling at all, I'd recommend them to anyone travelling by air.
