I recently purchased a robotic vacuum and after 3 months or so it stopped charging. Bummer for me and my floors. I remembered I had insurance, so I starred a claim thinking it was going to be a long drawn out process. I was wrong! I was asked a series of questions, and simply given instructions on how to return the item. I was amazed and within a day of dropping the product off for shipping, received my full refund! I purchased another product with my refund via gift card and purchased another policy with that product as well. No questions asked and I was back up and running within a few days. It worth the extra few bucks!
