I received them within 2 days. So far so good. Cleaned my floor with white vinegar and water several times. Put down two pads. Bulls Eye. Ok, beginners luck. Swapped out the pad for a fresh one.Again, bulls eye. Haven't taken him for shooting lessons as one suggested. He is a Lab, hunting in his blood. Out of 10 pads so far 9 have been totally on the pad in the center. One, was slightly off the mark. To his credit center was a healthy elimination and maybe he did not want to step in it as he got busy otherwise. Good boy. Not sure what the others are doing for such bad results. I have hard wood floors. Remember to throughly clean your floors with white vinegar. I even sprinkled baking powder on the floor to absorb any remaining odor and placed the pads over them. After the first two pads, vacuum up the baking powder and wash again with white vinegar. If you don't clean really good, you might be sending mixed signals. 9 for 10 so far. If he keeps this up I am ordering a second set and slowly walking him out the door. Placing the pads closer and closer to the door. I'll let you know. It's working for me and my 14 week old Black Lab.
