I am slowly trying to get rid of the teflon cookware and replace it with ceramic coated. I've tried some brands and they were total junk. This Green Pan was HEAVEN!! You put in a little oil or butter and start cooking. Eggs are especially amazing. They just slide right out. Washing out is so easy....just keep it out of the dishwasher. I wish I could find a good pan like this in a 9-inch.....Green Pan, are you listening? UPDATE: I have used this pan under low heat, washed by hand and the non-stick finish is gone. Save your money because this pan has a short useful life!!!

I just love this pan and I use it daily! Completely non-stick, and clean up is such a breeze, just a paper towel wipes it clean. Occasionally I use dish soap and a sponge. I even have the courage now to flip food without my spatula, and it's super easy! I confidently and highly recommend!

I like the size of this pan, I find 7" is better than 8" for most of my needs. Colors are pretty. The non-stick works pretty well but don't be fooled by this or any other nonstick promo video--the pan retains stains after just a few uses, and the coating is wearing at the outer edge. As long as it holds up in the pan itself that will be tolerable. Outer/bottom finish collects stains and build-up quickly, difficult to clean off. At least the pan is dishwasher safe. I do wish makers would stop adding "...but" then recommend hand washing! Either it's dishwasher safe or it's not. Handle is a bit heavy and pan may tip on a gas range grate if not properly seated/filled. Heats quickly enough and evenly. No warping that I can see at this time.

I've been using this pan several times a week for over 7 months, and I've had no problems with it. I mostly cook scrambled eggs with added cheese and veggies, make tuna melts and other cheese sandwiches, heat refried beans, reheat leftover Chinese takeout, pasta, and other restaurant food... Plenty of opportunities for food to stick and burn, but I've never had this happen. You do need to keep the heat LOW and stir often. The pan cleans up instantly when hand-washed. Despite my imprudently stirring the heating food with a fork from time to time, I have no nicks in the finish, either. Treat the pan with reasonable care and it will do a beautiful job! Update on 6/14/2021: I have had the pan for almost a year now and use it several times a week on the variety of foods I mentioned, and it's still in perfect shape. I bought another, larger one and it's proving to be of the same quality. Update #2: Five years after purchase, l this pan is still awesome! I did put a few dings in the bottom of one pan by poking the contents with a fork, but the dings did not grow any bigger and did not discolor. If I have any complaint, it's that the handles are so much heavier than the pans and pot I have that you can (and I did) tip a pot simply by bumping the handle from the wrong direction. So be careful not to do that. Otherwise, these really are awesome.

I was gifted this pan a year ago and it was my absolute favorite small nonstick pan. Food slid out and clean up was so easy, you could pretty much just wipe it out. It was always hand washed and never put in the dishwasher. Then my husband burned butter in it while frying an egg. No matter how much soaking and dawn and scrubbing with the non-scratch sponge I did I couldn’t get it clean. So I used Bar Keepers Friend. It got the pan sparkling clean - and ruined the non-stick finish (not visible to the eye). The next time the pan was used was for scrambled eggs and It was a disaster. Clean up was a nightmare. The eggs would barely scrub off. Thought maybe it was a fluke and used it again to cook scrambled eggs. And again it was a headache to clean. I ended up just throwing it in the garbage. So, I bought a new pan and now know to warn my husband not to scorch butter and not to use Bar Keepers Friend to clean it. I did purchase the green pan renewal sponges to use if I ever have a tough clean up again (the sponges were sadly not able to revive the ruined pan). Just beware what you use to clean it if it’s anything other than Dawn.

Great pans. Good sizes for cooking for 2. Metal utensils can scratch the surface so stick to silicone utensils.

Brilliant little frying pan... Non toxic was the aim. Great quality, reeeeally non stick , I use olive oil to fry Easily able to fry 3 to 4 eggs in the small size one that I bought.

We recently moved homes and I decided to take the plunge and invest in a stainless steel cookware set. However, none of the pans worked well for making an egg which led me to look for something on Amazon. I absolutely love this pan. I use it every morning to make an omelette, fried egg or scrambled egg and nothing every sticks. Even better, I keep it aside to cool and then can wash it in 30 seconds so it’s dry and ready for the next morning without needing to load it into the dishwasher. I love the color as well. The only note I’ll make is that it doesn’t come with a lid. I was fortunate to own a lid that fit it perfectly so it hasn’t been an issue for me at all but may be for some people

Har jättelänge sökt en liten stekpanna för att främst steka ägg i och som skulle ersätta ohälsosamma teflonpannan som jag haft. Denna var perfekt! Man behöver knappt något smör(fett), reagerar snabbt på värme, inget fastnar och framförallt slipper jag teflonpannan!
