Admittedly, I haven't had a lot of trouble with taking pills, but this is so convenient!!I like using it as a healthy way to flavor the water I'm supposed to be drinking more of anyway.So, when they say you can now drink your vites, I'm all in :-)Potency and effectiveness, I haven'thad any ill-effects from these or other Dr. Price vites. I like stevia, so this is no problem for me. I enjpy the boost of energy and maybe even immune boost. I haven't gotten sick at all during the time I have been taking these - so maybe thats working too.Try them. This guy knows his stuff. Simple. Convenient. Useful. This product is an excellent vitamin booster.The powder inside is to mix with your glass or bottle of water and it mixes easily and dissolves fully in the water giving it an orange color.The content of the package supplies you with enough vitamins to boost your immune system and can prevent a cold or cough if caught in the early stage. It is a great enhancement to ones daily dietary and vitamin intake and great for all ages.It does not taste bitter nor sweet but slightly like an "orange/lemon" drink.

The seller delivered my order promptly and it arrived safe and well packaged. From what I know about immune boosters, this one in particular has all of the right ingredients, measured in the appropriate amounts to be beneficial.It’s a very finely powdered mix that disolves completely in water. No grit or residue left behind. The only problem I had was with the taste. Others may find it to be quite tasty but I will have to try the other flavors in future purchases.

I had just complete radiation treatment in June 2020 and was looking for vitamin to rebuild my immune system this has proven to be the best immune booster I drink it in a 16 oz bottle every morning. I like to set it in the fridge for it to chill a bit the orange flavor is great and I feel envigorated throughout the day.

I dunno what's in this stuff but it actually helps calm the nerves. Whether its good for immune support I don't know yet but its one of the few fizzy drinks I can tolerate. Flavor is a tart but sweet orange but not overwhelming but I only use half a packet at a time. It's gluten free and I can vouch for no stomach upset after using it. Been using it as a sort of pick me up and settle me down...

The flavor is ok but not the best

It's a bit sweeter tasting than the emergen-c packets I'm used to, but I like the added vitamins!

I recently read that vitamin C can help prevent cancer, in addition to boosting the immune system, so I wanted to ensure our whole family was getting their daily dose. Most vitamin C supplements have sugar, which (ironically) feeds cancer. I was thrilled to find these. No sugar, no weird chemical sweeteners, and they taste delicious. My 2 picky teenagers, my husband, and I all start the day with one of these packs dissolved in a big glass of water. Delicious and refreshing way to get our vitamin C! Love it!
