Good bang for buck, powerful
Works great! Use in restaurant for making slush type drinks, quickly blends ice & fruit to a fine consistency. Noise level WAY better than normal unshielded blender. Only thing I can’t confirm, and crossing my fingers on, is longevity. Seems well made but time will tell

Great purchase!
Great blender! Makes the best frappes & smoothies. We loved the blender so much we bought a second one for our cafe! Customer service was always plesant to deal with as well!

Not worth it
I’m giving it a 4 because it does the job and is quieter. But I’m returning it because 1) it isn’t significantly quieter, although the tone is better 2) there isn’t an automatic button and when you think it’s done, it’s not, and I had to run it again to get rid of the chunks 3) since you have to run it longer, it seems like the smoothie is warmer, not as cold as my nutribullet 4) the lid isn’t easy to come off, so it can’t sit under a cabinet since it’s so tall.

The product is not suitable for commercial use. I asked for documentation and they said it was not suitable for commercial use. I don't understand how Amazon allows this. They have made a misleading listing. The health department wouldn't let me use the device. They almost closed my store. If you're buying it for commercial use, think again.
