Wow. I just received this yesterday (last night to be exact) and put it on right away. I felt relief in my upper back/shoulder blades immediately. I personally didn’t think it changed my appearance until I walked by my husband wearing it under my hoodie, and he told me I looked different. “Good different” he clarified. The instructions say to start wearing it for a short amount of time and work up because it can be uncomfortable. I wore it the night I received it for an hour, and the discomfort I felt was mostly under my armpits, but it wasn’t unbearable and definitely worth that for the immediate change and pain relief. Background on me: I’m 5’3”, 130lbs, medium build. I’ve had large breasts and bad posture since I was 14, which caused neck and upper back pain. I was a year-round swimmer for years, so I have broad shoulders that are still kind of awkward to me even after years of not swimming competitively. I’ve seen a chiropractor every week since high school for my neck and back pain, which helped but never fully alleviated the discomfort for long enough to skip a week. UPDATE! 1/3/21 I had been wearing this brace almost every day since I received it, but now I am able to use it less and for less time. It’s more like a refresher when I feel like I need it. The first couple weeks after I received it, my chiropractor told me my neck wasn’t in dire need of an adjustment (as it has been, every week, for years). He actually asked me the same of the brace because of the difference it made in my posture and neck. My entire family couldn’t believe the difference (even my sisters across the country ON FACETIME)! They all asked for this for Christmas. So now my whole family has one! This product really worked (and is continuing to work) for me and now, my family. It can be uncomfortable (still is rough on my armpits), but after suffering so many years of excruciating neck pain and migraines, it’s worth it. I am amazed that after a couple decades of bad posture, this brace was able to help me so much in less than a month!

TL;DR: helps with posture. I do experience less pain in my neck/shoulders/back but I’ve also been utilizing other methods of pain relief like self massage and heat. I’d maybe tweak the design a little bit to know I’m adjusting it evenly on both sides, but I am overall happy with my purchase and I’m excited to continue using it. ———————————- I’ve been trying to find a way to improve my posture since there are a lot of benefits to great posture, including pain relief. Posture: Overall, I do think it’s nice and could fit a lot of needs. When I sit at my desk, because of the way I’m positioned, it is hard to feel like it is doing anything for me. However, after a few days of wearing it, I was out in public, not wearing it, and had the thought of checking my posture. I realized that I only had to adjust myself tiny bit in comparison to my usual slumped over self, so I have to give it credit for assisting with my posture. Pain relief: I’m honestly not quite sure. I started stretching more and spending a lot of time working on my shoulder and back pain at the same time I started using this product. I can only say that although I do have significantly less pain, I don’t know how much credit to give to the brace on its own. Comfort: It doesn’t hurt. I guess it digs a little into the armpit area but I found that wearing sweatshirts has been the comfiest. I will say that I am overall pleased with the design. However, if I could give some sort of constructive feedback, I’d recommend somehow tweaking it so I know that the velcro is even on both sides. I’m always thinking about whether or not I’ve placed the Velcro evenly. I don’t know if the straps being uneven is harmful but I think it would be nice to have some reassurance if possible. Also, if you’re worried about whether or not it will properly fit, I’m a 5’ 6” 100 lbs female. I have no problem with the fit but I do wonder if I will reach a point soon where I am unable to tighten the straps. I’m not sure but will post an update if it becomes an issue.

Just received my Posture Corrector and am wearing it as I write this review. First off - it does nothing in the way to physically deterring you from hunching or slumping over your shoulders and back. However, the UNCOMFORTABLENESS of wearing it is a constant reminder that you should FOCUS on not hunching over. It digs/cuts into your armpits, especially when you don't wear a short or long sleeve shirt under it (I'm wearing a tank top at the moment). And, it's difficult to reach the Velcro all the way back to secure it in place without help - but I managed. Maybe if you had a partner who could help you and pull it all the way as far back as it allows it may be different - but I don't think so. There's no "pain relief" about this - it's pain infliction. No wonder they tell you to only wear it for short intervals. I've only had it on for 30 min and have deep red marks where the Velcro straps are digging into my armpits And I'm a very small person with very little fat. You may think - "Oh, that's why then - I have wayyyy more fat than her and therefore it won't bother me as much...more cushion". Again, I don't think so. I have nothing to compare this to as this is the first of this kind I've tried. Could I send it back, get my $$ and buy something comparable instead? Yes, probably. But, I'm pretty sure they will all be like this or similar. And, I need something, anything to stop my friends from asking me to stop slumping, like they're my mom! On my birthday no less, after I put make-up on and a skirt no less! And, there's the fact that I hate to waste anything. Besides, the company would probably wrap it back up and resell it to some other fool who then has my armpit moisture rubbing against them now. So, I'll spare you from that. Summary is that if you think this will deter you from slumping, like wearing a rubber band around your wrist and snapping it each time you swear, and don't mind being uncomfortable in the process - no pain no gain Yo - then by all means order away!

ComfyBrace posture corrector really saved my sore back. After years of continuing on with the day to day comings and going’s in my life, posture naturally fell to the back of my mind. I hunched as I played with my children, I slouched as I folded laundry late at night, and bent down countless times to pick up toys and garbage from the floor. I was so busy taking care of all the things that seemed so important and my back silently came along for the ride. Until one day it didn’t. I woke up one morning and my entire upper back was burning, years or wear and tear began protesting. I was in so much pain, I couldn’t figure out what to do with myself. Now I am on top of my children, making sure they either wear a posture corrector or concentrate on their posture throughout the day. I don’t want them to suffer like I did. I will order a second corrector to wear while the other one is in the wash. It truly lives up to its name. It’s truly Comfy. The material is soft so it doesn’t hurt me, but it’s sturdy enough to maintain straight posture. It is adjustable so it can fit practically anyone, from my petite daughter, to my grandson who’s a basketball player. It looks like it’s pretty well constructed and can withstand quite a bit of regular wear and tear. I highly recommend this ComfyBrace posture corrector to people of all ages. Young ones take advantage before it’s too late, and the older fellows take advantage of the pain relief this will provide.

this is a great quality back brace better than the ones that I used at Marshalls. I really feel it forcing me to sit up straight instead of hunching back.

I have tried it for a week wearing it 10-20 minutes per hour and I must say it doesn't get more comfortable. The elastic band digs into the arm pit area causing extreme discomfort. You definitely know it's there
