However plugging the console into a giant flat screen TV simply did not work - the picture was awful, fuzzy and almost unplayable. But this little plug and play device really has revived the game. The colours and lines are crisp, Links expressive face is crystal clear and mostly the game is an absolute joy to play again. So - you need a Game Cube with a digital output (two outputs on the back) This little device plugs into the digital one and the supplied HDMI runs from from the device to your telly. the whole thing does stick out beyond the carry handle, which I thought would have been the boundary but hey.
