I'm 5'7" and my experience with this chair has been quite expectional. The massage rollers on the back hit all the way from the lower back to just under my shoulder blades. The neck massager hits the shoulders basically where my neck connects to my upper back. The massagers do a really great job of working out the knots and kinks in your back and upper shoulders. I like that the massager rollers are rounded because they do feel comfortable when pressing against your muscles. There are several different settings which you can choose which setting feels best or works the best at massaging your muscles. The chair is really comfortable to sit in and with the air seat it's like it hugs you inside the chair and gives you a comfortable, stable feel while sitting in the chair. The heated back setting is amazing. Heat just feels good and relaxes your muscles and it works really well when combined with the massage rollers. The seat base has 3 vibration settings but I didn't really care for that sensation on my butt and legs. I just really appreciated the massage part of the chair because I work a manual job and when you work that type of job it feels good to give your muscles a release by massage. As sad as it is to say I feel manual jobs can take a toll on your back at times and with this chair is gives your back comfort and release by working your muscles. I also feel that if you deal with stress or tension in your upper back the massage rollers in that area can help loosen that tension. My husband, who is 6’4”, says that the chair is a little small for him, like he doesn’t use the air seat because he’s a bigger person but the back and neck rollers work well for their intended purpose such as massaging the large part of the back and the upper shoulders but not quite to the neck (too bad the neck rollers couldn’t move up and down like the back rollers). Overall I'd definitely recommend this chair. It's like your daily dose of muscle relaxation and relief.

I have had many in chair massage machines in the past and most never last long. I am a big guy and they just never hold up or provide the pressure needed to get much relief. This massager has good penetrating pressure as it is massaging the lower back. The neck is very aggressive and really works the base/shoulder area well. A request would be that they made a taller version so the massage roller reached a bit higher on my back. I like the corded remote to be able to make changes without needing to get up, and the storage pocket is convenient to reach. I have only had it a week, but it is much heavier and seems more solid than any others I have used in the past. I am optimistic that this will hold up better over time.

I really enjoyed this massage chair before gifting it. The shiatsu setting is powerful and really works out any tension that may be present. The chair is also quite durable and it is simple to use.

This item surpassed my expectations. Not only is it ready to use as soon as you take it out of the box, but it's also easily manageable to suit your needs via a remote control. It offers plenty of options. It's very nice when all of the rollers, air pressure, and heat are working in unison to hit the right target spots. Even the side flaps constrict which is a nice little added feature. All things considered, it's not easy to visit the masseuse that often and this product can fill that void nicely at a much lower cost. I highly recommend this product due to its flexibility, performance, and affordability.

My husband and I both love a professional massage. We both had the price tag though. So we have been searching for alternatives. We even tried a full body massage chair from Costco but I didn’t like it - too intense and uncomfortable so we returned it.This chair option I must say surprised me with how good it feels. I’m 5’10 and my husband is 6’1”. When we sat down the neck lined up almost perfectly. What surprised and impressed me is you can move the neck rollers up or down slightly to match your neck!It has air and vibration which I don’t feel I needed but my husband liked.You can choose shiatsu or roller for the back. Love love the shiatsu and something that I would suggest doing is run it for a bit then push the shiatsu button again and the roller rotate the opposite direction which really feels like someone getting in and working on your knots. While it is moving up and down your back you can stop it on a spot that needs work with spot button. It also has arrows to go up or down to get the spot completely.To me this is seriously impressive. For many of these types I try to contort my body to get the right angle for something to work. This has so many options to make it work for you. Plus the heat!After using it the first time I realize when I stood up that it didn’t get my shoulders I was a little disappointed then I read the instructions.The instructions suggested trying a pillow to adjust as needed. So I sat on a pillow and yes, it got my shoulders!This device costs less than the two of us going for a massage so very well worth the cost to us. Plus you don’t leave your home.It would be nice to have a massage on other parts of the body but for my husband and I the neck and shoulders and back are the areas that need this the most and are covered by this device. I don’t have to turn to my husband and ask for neck rub which he appreciates too.

Love almost everything about this, but it doesn’t touch your shoulders at all. It’s really unfortunate for the pice that there’s a space with no massage between the neck and the back. The shoulder area is missing completely. Idk about you, but my shoulders need it just as bad, if not more than my back and neck. Gonna return
