I am in my late 50's and have been working out 3-4 times a week for a few years. I wanted to check out supplements which could help me recover more quickly, and came upon Inno's HMB/Astrigin combo, above.I have used the product for just over three weeks now, and have noticed I recover more quickly. Particularly, the minor aches and pains have subsided such that my workouts are easier and I feel less fatigued.I will continue to use this product, and am getting more today.

So the product DEFINITELY works, I’ve been using it for 4 months now and I can completely see and feel the results of the HMB. My problem is that I ordered the green bottle (twice) and received the red (innoshred). I do not want or need the red bottle. I cannot return or replace the innoshred and I won’t order another bottle of HMB from this vendor until I can get some kind of a refund/replacement etc. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS!! I love the HMB from innosupps but I’ve had to go with a different vendor until I can get this resolved.

The efficacy of Hydroxymethylbutyrate (HMB) seems to be legitimate and has been quite satisfactory with the claims it makes. I have found that my recovery has been much shorter, and I feel like I have been making some gains that I hadn’t been making previous to taking this product. Putting on muscle mass has been something that I have struggled with my whole life, but since taking HMB I do believe that it will help me reach my muscle gaining goals. I would recommend this product without reservation.

Seems to work well. I take these along with BCAA I workout 5-7 days a week. My body repairs quickly and I’m not feeling any soreness. Great product for recovery and the extra strength to complete tough workouts!

I'm in my 40s, and with the help of this supplement I'm stronger than I've ever been in every category, constantly gaining muscle mass and recovering overnight rather than over the course of multiple days. I recommend it to anyone who wants to achieve and exceed their fitness goals. It's clean and invigorating and this is the first positive review I've ever done of any product on Amazon because it's that LegIT(imately beneficial), in my opinion; 7 stars.

Using this as part of a stack. Haven't noticed anything special about this supplement from the two weeks I have been on it.

I wasn’t sure about buying this to be honest and I’ve been using it for a bit, and I’ve been taking the required dosage and honestly I’m noticing for sure the recovery. And don’t feel pretty much nothing even when I go hard in the gyms and I’m also noticing muscle mass more as well and I’m pretty shook lol they are pills so there’s that but to ther than that it does what it says I’m enjoying it and plan to get more for sure!

Definitely was happy to receive this product from Innosupps.. this will be a game changer for an increase in muscle mass and strength for lifting heavyweight with a nice recovery. I truly believe Innosupps makes some great products. This pill is easy to swallow and doesn’t have any smell to it while being digested. I recommend drinking with any flavored drink and you’re good to go!
