PURINA Fancy Feast High Protein Senior - (24) 3 oz. Cans

My cat loved this flavor.

My male cat loves this Tuna Minced in gravy for Seniors! He’s 9 years old and I just recently switched to this. I think it could use a little more gravy (he loves gravy in his food), but he hasn’t complained. Great product!!

Our senior rescue cat has become a challenging cat to feed. We have fed all the many cats who have passed through our home in 60+ years with versions of canned Purina Fancy Feast. For several years we could count on this cat to eat his food with gusto then he stopped. This senior food has made a difference in our cat returning to normal eating habits. We find he prefers the "pate" format to those with large pieces of food. We offer our elderly cats (most of whom have made it to their 20's) various dry foods and meat baby food as treats and also use water fountains to encourage water intake. For this elderly cat canned senior Purina Fancy Feast (3 cans daily) prefers it!

I'm afraid I offended my sweet little kitty. She obviously does not consider herself a senior cat. She will eat some of it, but rejects most of it. I hope the cans have a long shelf life.

Older kitty loves it

Saxon the Wonder Cat is a very picky eater. She normally will eat only dry food and just ignores all people food and wet cat food. She has two fountains and drinks a lot of water so I’ve assumed she stays hydrated. I’m not sure why I decided to buy the Fancy Feast tuna. Maybe because it is marketed as being for senior cats and since Saxon and I are both pretty “senior”… We have three or four cases minus one can of other wet cat food sitting around as testaments to Saxon’s pickiness but I’m a slow learner so… Anyway, she loves this stuff. Normally Saxon is pretty regal but when she hears me pull the tab on the Fancy Feast she abandons all her “queenliness” and comes running. She eats about half a can then goes and lays down for a few minutes before coming back to eat about half of what’s left. Then she crashes either on or under my bed for the rest of the evening. Overnight, the final remnants of the Fancy Feast disappear. I guess cats do midnight snacks, too. The bottom line is that we’re going to make the Fancy Feast tuna a permanent part of our meal plan. We’ll stick with the dry food, too — which, btw, is Temptations cat treats, which we buy in the 48 ounce bags. She likes all flavors of the Temptations treats and we go through 2 or 3 bags a month. I guess that may decrease now that we’ve discovered the Fancy Feast tuna.

Hard to find locally. My cat really just licks the gravy, but it's like a treat. She goes nuts when we open the can. I'm pretty sure she likes it. 10 year old cat

My old guy (11yo) really likes this food and I really think he's more lovely after a meal of this, especially when it's a morning meal. I wish it came in other flavors.
