On two occasions I had the signs of a cold coming on. My colds tend to be doozies, so I have always looked for a good product. This spray eliminated symptoms, and I believe the silver ions kept any virus from flourishing into a cold. Thank you for making the product. It did burn a little when I started, but now it's no discomfort at all.

This nose spray did absolutely nothing for unstuffing my nose. Used it for a couple of weeks and then just stop because it was totally ineffective.

Was effective at first and would have loved it but it went rancid within 6 weeks unfortunately. I noticed one day randomly just smelled like dirty socks. I always put the top back on and wiped after use.

I ordered this because I have had soreness inside my nostrils and a lot of drainage from sinuses. This spray makes my sinuses feel really clear and good. I definitely notice a difference. I have been using it twice a day for about 3 days, so not sure of longer use help but I do think it’s great so far.

This product is amazing!! I suffered from a lung/sinus/ear infection all winter. Four rounds of antibiotics did nothing. Two days on this spray and i feel like a new person. Highly recommended!!

Had the best reviews, and does help clear my sinuses when I lay down to sleep. Not too harsh either.
