Creamy and just a little sweet for the Manuka honeys I am used to.

I tried several brands of Manuka honey and settled on this brand. I’m using a lot because of the health benefits. I stir it into hot food like red beans just before serving because I’ve read that heat is detrimental to honey. I also use it in salads each day. I put it into the bottom of the bowl and then add fresh lemon juice and a small amount of organic avocado oil, and stir it together. Then I add chopped red onions and sliced radishes and stir well to distribute the dressing. Then I add organic vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes and avocados and then stir again. Lastly I add either cubes of organic cheese, or I add shrimp sautéed in garlic butter.

Raw Manuka Honey UMF 15+ from Center Of Eden arrived a day early and was very well protected by bubble wrap and tape. Nice rugged glass jar and metal lid. The honey had a nice texture and the flavor was excellent..will be purchasing again. Would definitely recommend this product. An afterthought, the one thing that would make the product better is to have a seal or liner on top of the jar so product doesn't get on the cap interior.
