Overview The Self-Inflating air pad inflate and deflate quickly with the jet stream wave foam. When you want to rest, just push the valve, it will be inflated by itself. And when you want to pack it up, open the valve and roll it up. There is also an air pillow for you, but you need to blow it by yourself. Through the button on the pad, you can also add another one and joint them. It is a necessity, if you like travel very much. Why not try to use it?

Good product
Best thing about this pad is the insulation aspect of it. When you lay on the ground on a sleeping bag, not only can it be rough but it also allows for heat to escape from your body into the cool ground, and this prevents that. Pretty comfortable laying on your back, if you are a larger person (I am 5'6") I would definitely recommend one of the larger sizes. Cant comment on durability, have only used it a few times, but I'm sure it will be ok as I will be using it in a tent primarily.

OK
I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered it. It didn't inflate as much as I hoped but this is the first pad like this I have bought so this is probably normal. It seems to be well made.

OK For Car Camping & Sleep Overs; Could Use A Few Improvements
The pad is made of durable PVC coated fabric with non-slip soft bottom. There is a foam pad inside for extra comfort and a self-inflating valve on the bottom corner that you screw open and close. The top of the pad, where you head rests consists of an inflated head rest pillow that you manually blow up to the level of support that you require. The first time I tried the pad, I opened the valve and set it on the ground to "self -inflate". It took me a little time to get the valve open on the head rest pillow to allow me to blow air into it.Once I got the head rest inflated and let it self-inflate for about twenty minutes, I closed the valve and climbed on to see how it felt. It was not fully inflated so I manually blew more air into the pad. With more air, it was more comfortable and it kept any parts of my body (shoulders, knees, hips, etc.) touching the ground.I then climbed off and opened the valve to let the air out. Like all self inflating pads, I rolled it up starting from the bottom to get the air out and then folded it in half and put it under me knee to press the last of the air out and then closed the valve. I was able to return it to the same size that it was when I fist took it out of the case. There are a few things that could be improved:1. The pad is not entirely "self-inflating". I had to blow air into the pad to get it to what I thought should be fully inflated.2. I am about six feet tall and have wide shoulders. Length was no problem, but it could be a little wider for me so my arms do not fall off the sides.3. If it was a few millimeters thicker, it would be even more comfortable. The pad is too heavy to use for back packing, but it is a good for car camping or to use for a sleep over or as an extra bed in a rush. The pad ships rolled up with two elastic straps at each end that slip on and off to hold it together in a nylon carry case with a draw string.Sample provided at a reduced price for review.
