It’s fine to be stored in a pantry/cupboard as long as it is unopened.

The bag in the picture says 7 oz., but the ad says 12 oz. Which is it?

I bought the 3 pack deal and they are 12 oz.

what happened to the Canned version of this product? I'm concerned the flavor will be poorer quality due to plastic, especially since you soak in acid

I would just keep eating the higher calorie and carb pasta if your worried about it .........

Are you comparing the calories in your product to the calories in dry pasta? That's very misleading. 75g of cooked pasta is ~120 calories, not 255.

No matter how you look at it Hearts of Palm has Less calories and Carbs than pasta .....
