Does packaging prevent them from breaking when sent?

Our mugs are shipped in protective boxes that are specifically designed to prevent breakage during shipping. Despite our best efforts, there is still a risk of breakage during shipping.

Is it dishwasher or microwave safe?

Our ceramic coffee mugs are dishwasher and microwave-safe. Be careful when handling a hot ceramic coffee mug, as it can get very hot when heated in the microwave. Our 15oz mug are microwave-safe only, please be guided.

Can I customize the mug?

Yes, you can customize a ceramic coffee mug with your own text and name. It has a separate order page so you could be able to put the text that you preferred. Kindly reach out to our CS if in case you cannot find it in our store.

Little slow.

This was a perfect gift for boss. Had me little scared cause of late delivery. Ordered another cup for nephew b.d. and deem to be having same problem on delivery. Hopefully it will arrive.

Bought this as a gift for an engineer friend. I hope it's a tough item fro a china /pottery coffee mug. I don't think not will bounce off a concrete floor if dropped, but that is always a possibility...
