Does this come with both the shampoo and conditioner?

Yes, it does. But, I have to warn you, I bought these last month and even though they looked and smelled the same, the shampoo is not at all legit. I have used the enjoy line for 5 years now, and i immediately noticed a difference with the shampoo. I now see the difference with the conditioner too. The conditioner is of better quality than the shampoo from this seller, but I have noticed significant build up, whereas with the salon purchased bottle, there was not.

Is each bottle 10 oz? Or, are both bottles 10 oz total (5 oz each?)

Each bottle is 10 oz making a total of 20 oz of product. A little bit goes a long way with this product. It's very concentrated.

If it’s quality enjoy product then it’s definitely paraben and sulfate free.

By "smoothing," does that mean that it isn't good for textured or hair that we want to curl?

I find that for me smoothing means it gives my hair a "no fly away" look. I blow dry my hair and use a curling iron daily. So I really like the overall manageability I get with this product. My hair looks healthy and not dry and brittle.
