This holds the smaller dose nitro pill bottle perfectly. To cut down on dose confusion in a potentially stressful situation I make a xerox of the drug store dosage instructions, and cut to fit and taped it to the outside of the container. Do check and tighten the fob cap from time to time if you wear this on a key ring, as they can loosen up over time.

They arrived today. The tiny 25-tab nitro bottle is easy to lose, misplace, leave in your pants & it easily can wind up in the washer and the silly screw top comes off easily. Screw top nitro bottle: I cleaned out my pocket, didn't know the little top had unscrewed and I dumped the contents on the floor, hence the reason I looked for a better container. I FOUND IT! I can't be the first this has happened to. * The metal container is sturdier than I expected for the price. * I wanted the colored containers as I'll carry the red one, and it is easy to spot when set down on the night stand at the end of the day. * The screw top fits snugly with the rubber gasket (plus they provided 3 spare gaskets!). * The 25-pill nitro bottle fits nicely inside so in an emergency the person helping KNOWS these are nitro. * Finally the size of the container is just a tad larger than the nitro bottle and much easier to find in your pocket when mixed in with cough drops (allergy season is here) and lose change. If women have a change purse in their purse, it will make finding it way easier than the titty bitty nitro bottle. A key ring was included that I won't need, however, some people may want it so you have that too. I keep a bottle in the car in case I forget and leave my carry bottle at home. And, I have spare container; for $7 what a great deal! I'm pretty focused on quality, and this looks to be a serious winner.

Perfect size for my little nitroglycerin pill bottle!!! (I read somewhere that I should NOT take the nitroglycerin tablets out of the bottle to put in a fob; I should leave the tablets in the little bottle that the prescription comes in. I use the red fob and have it on a necklace with my engraved medical alert tag so if I were to end up needing assistance, someone will hopefully notice it and look inside. Very pleased. The screw on lid of the fob stays on and hasn't loosened itself yet.

I use for my nitro pills; I have one on my work keys, car keys, bag, … everywhere as I unfortunately have to use these weekly, often daily. I apply a heart to the bottom (with paint or nail polish) so if needed someone who isn’t familiar with my condition might be able to figure it out. I’ve tried applying vinyl to them but it doesn’t stick. *FYI: if you take nitro you need it to stay in your tiny bottle you get from the pharmacy and it fits in this canister!!!

These pill containers at good, get the job done, a bit flimsy, but meets the purpose! I did use one on my car key fob. So far it is holding up.

These are wonderful and convenient. Everyone should have an emergency supply of their meds on their keychain.

Light fits in pocket easily

These are a great idea for those of us who want to carry a small supply of our medications. I bought a few sets of these containers, mostly for gifts.

They arrived and work perfectly. This way I always have my prescription with me (assuming I remember to refill it). Seems sturdy, is bigger than I expected, but not in a bad way at all, certainly not large enough that it makes it irritating to put in your pocket.
