This is a beautiful knife that I plan on gifting as a gentleman's folder. However, for the price I have 2 complaints. First, the Fallkniven medallion in the handle is not perfectly set in the wood and there is considerable space between the two. Understandably, some of this is due to the shrinking/expanding nature of wood, but still the tolerances are less than ideal. Secondly, the case for this knife is completely at odds with ascetics of the knife itself. The case should really be leather. The cordura does not look good. Knife companies should pay more attention to the whole product instead of focusing on the knife and treating the sheath like an afterthought.
