how many anti-fog cloths come for the 13&? Is it only one cloth for 13$?

Correct, there's only one anti-fog cloth. When I remember to use it, I don't get the fog-up wile wearing a mask.

Will this product damage prescription lenses with special coatings (eg, anti-glare and anti-scratch)?

I have used the cloth on my lenses about ten times, and it has not damaged them. I have both anti-scratch and anti-glare coatings on my lenses.

This definitely works, but is there a trick to getting the lenses smear free when using the cloth? I had to buff after with a clean dry cloth.

Hi, smearing means this cloth works well, but if it bothers you, wipe the lenses with a dry cloth softly after using this. Thank you!

No. Each is good for about 150 to 200 uses. Washing would remove the anti fogging chemical.
