Viqua S200RL-HO UV Replacement Lamp – Genuine OEM High Output Bulb for VH200, SC-200, SCM-200, SP200-HO, SPV-3.5 UV Water Filtration Systems

I have bought three of these bulbs for my UV water treatment system over the last several years. All have arrived in good protective packaging and all have worked. They are very easily installed by the owner and the instructions are easy to read. The only trip up for me was resetting the counter. To do so- press the reset button when the unit is unplugged. While continuing to hold the reset button, plug the unit back in, and keep holding button several seconds until display reads “reset” The bulb comes with two black o rings for resealing the quartz sleeve after cleaning. But no new quartz sleeve is included. Given how my sleeve is wearing, I will likely replace it next year, or at 5 years, so a new quartz sleeve isn’t needed every year unless your water is hard. Never check that bulb is working by looking directly at it. Only by noting light through the tiny plastic light emitting windows after bulb is securely fastened inside the unit.

*2nd year buying and it's the exact same product as OEM. Would recommend!! Used this brand instead of the cheap Chinese made ones for peace of mind, my families safety, AND to keep from avoiding the warranty. Read the paperwork, if you use anything other than their brand you void the warranty. This kit comes with the 2 rubber washers that go around the quarts tube as well as the UV light. I learned the timer box gives and error unless it is all the way in place. The uv light doesn't come on and work unless it's completely reassembled as I assume the bottom (non plug side) has something to do with the circuit. Recommended to replace these 1 time a year AND remove and clean the quarts tube. Worth the money to buy.

Customer Service rep was very patient in trying to help us with a problem that ended up being our mistake. We were trying to install the UV light for our water filtration system without knowing to press and hold a button while we inserted the new bulb. After reading the instructions, we realized the bulb wasn't faulty and it was us all the time. Bulb is working perfectly now, and it was purchased at a great price.

Product is exactly what i needed ! And also 20$ cheaper than my local shops that supp'y the same unit. Will order one every year. Cheers
