One other poster reviewed this as follows"This product is not the classic "Crystal Tab" which is static and fits snugly to files - it cannot connect to suspension files and simply falls off - so caveat emptor. Don't be fooled by the similar name to the market leader as I was. There is very little information given within the "Ad" to make an informed decision as to this product other than that similar name. This is a flimsy, generic product which is not suitable for standard suspension files. The seller, on request for refund, writes mildly aggressive questions such as "did you receive the advertised product " in response to refund request, and does not process that refund request. I have been trying now for 4 days."I have had an identical experience.

Not what I expected. Wanted the crystal tabs and got a plastic make do!!

Excellent product! Shame delivery had to take so long (which I knew about); but otherwise 100% perfect. Would buy again.
