I have been using, Tierra Buena, calcium bentonite now for 7 days...that's right, only 7 days. And I have a nearly flat stomach. That's going from miserable bloating, for decades, to a nearly flat stomach. I actually can fit in my pants without them being uncomfortably tight and I have noticed my back and joints have stopped aching constantly. I cannot believe that I have finally found only one product that has helped me so much! If you have problems with constant bloating, diarrhea, sour stomach, (basically, ibs symptoms) this should be your go to. I have had severe problems with ibs-d my entire life. I have switched jobs over and over, then went to college and finished so I could work in an environment conducive to helping me mitigate my symptoms. I.e., sitting more and being able to use the restroom immediately when needed, ect. It's been a long long debilitating journey. In January, of this year, I was given the opportunity to work from home, which is really where I started the arduous process of once and for all trying to fix my ibs-d. I have had so many diet changes over the years, I knew another change in diet wasn't going to be enough (And I am fastidious when it comes to follow through). I had to find the magic bullet, if it existed...and I believe this is it. I know I sound like an infomercial but I'm very sincere when I write, this stuff really works. Yes it's dirt 😂...but it's magic dirt! I will be taking calcium bentonite for the rest of my life, if these are the results I can expect.Tierra Buena is the first calcium bentonite I have tried. I did what I always do when buying anything. I went on Amazon and read nearly every review, for several different products, "not calcium bentonite". One of the reviews I read was about calcium bentonite and how it was a must have, for internal use, when mitigating the symptoms of ibs. So I found the calcium bentonite with the highest reviews (on Amazon) that was graded for internal use...and that was Tierra Buena. After reading all the reviews, I went to their website for further review and based on the aggregate information, I, hesitantly, decided to try Tierra Buena.I am an ambivalent skeptic when it comes to most product claims; because I have wanted products to work and they have let me down. I promise that this clay works wonders. At least it did for me! And the clacium bentonite, from Tierra Buena, is a great product; it has hardly any flavor, goes down smooth and actually has a hint of sweetness after the mixture has been in the refrigerator blooming for a few days. I mixed per the directions, take 3-4 tablespoons per day, first thing in the morning, and I'm AMAZED at the difference it's made. I look forward to years of being able to praise Tierra Buena..."I never thought I would aver that about any product." But this product has "literally" changed my life in only 7 days. I sincerely hope it has a life long effect similar to the affect it's had on me in 7 short days.I also want to point out that Tammy, from Tierra Buena, sent me a stock/standard follow up email making sure everything was satisfactory, with my order, and the quality was as expected. I have a lot of respect for companies that have good/great customer service etiquette. I can comfortably attest that the quality is very high and my satisfaction is also very high. Wow! I love this stuff. I am "new" to Bentonite, but, lucky enough that it captured my interest. I did much research on the benefits of Bentonite clay and am using it for internal purposes. I mix it as instructed and take one serving (along with some whole Psyllium husks) in the morning and one serving when I get home from work. It has me regular in one weeks time and I no longer get bloated after eating. Also, the gurgling within my digestive tract (which I have learned to "live with" over the years) has subsided significantly and, although I haven't lost any weight yet, I feel "lighter". I am really enjoying this product and may use it for other purposes in the future, but right now, I will continue to use it for internal detox only. I am very glad that I got this product!!!Update: 2016/05/30 - And the benefits just continue to amaze. Adding the use of Pure Clay to my health regimen has cleared up my night-blindness. For (at least) the last 10 years, I have been "a danger to myself and others" when I've had to drive at night. I didn't recognize this when it was first happening to me, but, it took its hold and had altered my life dramatically. I used to be able to leave my house at 10:00pm and drive through the night when going to visit family that lived far away. Then, without warning, this was a thing of the past. I didn't understand how or why; and I don't / didn't think I was old enough or had put enough wear and tear on my eyes that this should have been the case. In trying to retake control of my health, this was a recent addition to the dietary changes and supplement additions I started at the beginning of this year. When I started taking the Bentonite, my night blindness significantly improved after about two or three weeks. I didn't, however, know that this was responsible for that. I have been using a shotgun approach towards improving my health and have been taking almost 20 supplements, daily. I stopped taking the Bentonite (and also stopped taking Psyllium) and my night-blindness returned. Added these two things (mixed together with MCT oil) back into my daily regimen and "blammo"!!! I can drive at night once again. As I am now quite convinced that it was this (as opposed to any of the other stuff I am taking) that improved my vision, I "WON'T" make the mistake of not taking them again. This whole thing was unexpected and was never a goal. It is just a wonderful ancillary benefit that has provided even more of an impact than the reason I started using the Bentonite in the first place!!! If you have night-blindness and you strongly don't think this should be the case, you should consider trying this stuff. It is working wonders for me!!!

Excellent product. Probably, some of the best bentonite for internal use out there.IMPORTANT: if you scan the QR code on the jar it will take you to the website where they explain the directions on how to use. DO NOT listen to the instructions for how to take internally. It says to use 6 TABLESPOONS in a glass of water. Don’t ever do that! All available information online will tell you to use 1/2 to 1 TEASPOON in a few cups of water. That’s what I’ve been doing for years. 6 tablespoons would be too much if you spread it out over 2 weeks much less all at once. You could get a bowel blockage. I think they put the instructions for making a mud mask in the “how to use internally” section, idk.
