Seeds failed to germinate in planter, waste of money!

No luck
I'm not saying that the seeds were bad but they just didn't germinate. I planted them, waited 3+ weeks and then I did another planting and the same results. I followed the on line instructions about micro seeds/plants. Used seed starter and didn't plant too deep, basically on top of soil and covered lightly because it said that it needed some light to grow. Maybe I did something wrong.
