Great price, great customer service, decent quality
These seemed like a great value for the price. Changing the chip was easy, but taking a chip out of the empty hp just makes the new toner show as low or empty as well which causes some severe yellowing to any design you try to print. Because of that, these are totally useless for my business as the prints look terrible.Update: reached out to customer support - they sent all new cartridges to replace the faulty one. Only had one faulty cartridge out of the four as far as I can tell but they replaced them all at no cost to me with expedited shipping. Seems to be working better. Doesn't have quite the same quality as the genuine hp but not bad at all. Amended my review to 4 stars. The company did do their best to remedy the situation and replace the bad cartridge. They not only replaced the bad one, but all of them. They were very helpful and shipped the replacements extremely fast. Happy with the customer service. The prints look much better!

Beware if you give a bad review they WILL HOUND YOU TO CHANGE IT!
The media could not be loaded. Initially I have a 3 star review because after changing one color I couldn’t see the ink levels (for the color I changed out). The printer worked fine after replacing just one color. Then I wrote review below.Your toner levels will not show as full/refilled after you put new cartridge in! Be careful when taking out the chip! Mine fell in and I had to break apart the old toner and got yellow everywhere! Once I figured out how to get the chip out without it falling the rest were easy. The only thing I dont like is that the printer doesn't read the cartridges. The all show as out of toner so I'll never know when I need more until i'm actually out. That means you HAVE to have extras on had or buy more when needed if you dont need to use the printer before you get replacements. I bought 2 boxes initially but not sure if I'll buy again because I dont like the not knowing how much toner I have left because i print alot.UPDATE! after leaving a 3 star review and they emailed me at least 20 times asking me to change it. They offered me stuff to change it and I was going to change after I changed out all my colors. Glad I waited. Now that I’ve removed all the original cartridges my printer won’t work. It shows low ink and won’t print. I’ve been here for over an hour trying to get this printer to work and still can’t get past low levels. That’s what I get for trying knock off cartridges

Very responsive customer service and appreciative products
These cartridges seem to be an effective and economical workaround for the vastly overpriced manf toner and I am pleased that Amazon carries these kinds of helpful offers. In these days of looking for ways to save money, I was happy to see these cartridges went into the laser printer very nicely, came very well packaged and so far appear to be functioning normally. Of course, only time will tell but at this point the purchase seems a good one. No spilling of toner, clean wrapped professional cartridges and foam insulation inside the box. Based on actual use over time, would definitely buy again if all goes well.UpdateA cyan cartridge was shown to be defective in the roller and customer service replaced the cartridge immediately. Having printed a page of color bars, the density and quality appears to be more than acceptable for home use. Be advised however, as with ALL THINGS PRINT, the results completely depend on the kind and quality of paper, as well as the kind of printer itself. For me and my HP laser jet, all parameters are in line with expectations. As previously mentioned, the longevity cannot be spoken about before the longevity appears; one cannot predict the future. All indications are however that manf integrity should ensure long life and many paper prints. Would buy again.

ACCEPTABLE REPLACEMENT FOR OEM IF YOU CAN FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS
My Printer is an HP479 made in 2020. It is possible that my experience will differ from what others share.I ordered this on 23 July and received the cartridges on 24 July. Super Fast Delivery! I saw their online video regarding how to extract the control chip and also saw here at Amazon that another video is provided and it has more detail. It seems that there are two methods that HP has used to install the chips into their OEM Cartridges. Type A being glued in, and Type B being molded in by extrusion. My OEM Cartridges are the TYPE B. The manufacturer has provided a tool kit to be used to extract the control chip and it is set up for my TYPE B. The screw extractor worked as the video shows and my chip needed only the most minor of trimming in order to fit it into their replacement cartridge.I did have some difficulty and managed to resolve everything without contacting their customer service. Perhaps what I learned may be of some help to you.The OEM Chip does not clearly show a front or a back when observed from the top. That means that although you can clearly see the brass conductor face on the top side, it is not possible to note which is front and which is back after you do the extraction. I did what I thought was correct and inserted it backwards. Understand me please. I said backwards not upside down. I couldn't tell, but my printer certainly did and it refused to print a test page. Using basic logic I took the cartridge out and went back to my work table. I then removed the chip and reversed it.After carefully reinstalling the cartridge I was able to print a test page but I could not print anything from my PC. I simply shut down all open programs and did a full reboot. As soon as it did a full reboot and got going I was able to print successfully and have no issue with print quality.Along the way the printer and my PC told me the cartridge memory wasn't working and the instructions provided told me to ignore that. I did as instructed and have no issues. There is always room for improvement and I suspect they will stay on top of things going forward. I certainly will use this vendor going forward and appreciate the time and effort they made to enable me to get this installed and operating in a short time window. This is a VERY COST-EFFECTIVE solution for cartridge replacement. Read the instructions carefully, look at the videos, and be sure that you can see well enough to do up-close detail work because that chip is literally less than 1/4" square and if your vision and tactile dexterity is not real good this might not be for you. But that's on you the buyer, not the seller.I hope this was helpful and that the lessons learned make your installation a breeze.
