I purchased this shower hardware 2 years ago but had an issue with the shut off this year. I wasn’t able to find replacement parts at the hardware store but the customer Service team promptly sent replacement parts with only a small fee for international shipping. Parts arrived sooner than anticipated and they had excellent follow up to ensure my issue was resolved. 2 years later the metal is still looking fantastic outdoors through New England winters. Will absolutely purchase from this company again. If you’re between this and another option, go with this you won’t regret it!

This is my second outdoor shower purchase after getting ripped off. I love this shower. It is a real shower. Some here on Amazon are not! This is the real deal. The valves are smooth as glass and the shower heads put out nice volume. Finish is on par. Assembly was a breeze. You can’t miss with this shower! I installed it high, so the tub filler is a hand faucet. No problem there.

I want to start by saying that you will not find better customer service than that offered by the seller. The shower has assembled from the box only accommodates for a very short adult or child. I looked around the question and answer section on the product to find answers about getting an extension. I observed that the seller offered a free extension if you contact them and prove that you purchased their Fossett. I did just that. I Purchased the extender, and the company refunded the money back to my MasterCard after the purchase was received. Another issue I had with this was getting it to fit in my antique clawfoot tub. Make sure to purchase swing arms with some good length on them if you’re clawfoot tub is older. The shower itself is very elegant in its aesthetic. The construction is very sturdy. The handheld sprayer is very convenient. The showerhead flows brilliantly. With regard to the swing arms that I referenced, I bet the seller would have provided those at no cost, but I had not explored the reviews or the Q&A before ordering them. So all in all I did spend about $50 on supplemental swing arms. But at such a great price point, I still feel that this kit is offered at a good price. And again, the customer service offered by the seller is unbeatable. And the quality of the product itself seems very strong. If you do not have plumbing experience, you will need to get a plumber to install this for you. This is a more advanced DIY project, But the end result is well worth the work.

Looks great in my historic home! Read the instructions on how to use as switching between the various modes too a little getting used to.

This faucet/shower set is just amazing, the look & quality are top notch! We could not be more happy with our purchase. First and foremost, the customer service has just been great. Since I was installing this into a very old claw foot tub then I required some assistance in getting everything I needed. Abby could not have been more helpful, she directed me to the correct adapters and covered the cost of a 12" extension. Then she stayed in touch doing follow ups which turned out to be a God send as I ended up needing another extension and a rod to extend the brace to the wall. She didn't hesitate to resolve both issues, which went above and beyond my expectations, I just can't say enough about her and the customer service I received. To top it all off, the contractor who did the installation said that was the nicest faucet he had ever installed and he could not stop bragging about the quality of everything nor could he believe the price when we told him. If you are searching for a beautiful, high quality faucet/shower for a great price then look no farther! I highly recommend this product, would give it 6 stars if possible.

I really wanted to go with the expensive high end option that has an almost identical style to this one. I opted in for this more affordable option for a bathroom renovation and don’t regret it at all! My favorite feature is the hand held shower. We use it all the time for the kids during bath time and especially to make washing our dogs easier!

The company Faueet who sold this item provided excellent customer service more than a year and a half after we started using the shower fixture. It is in a cabin in Alaska that is not used or heated all winter. This spring a plastic component in the hot water handle/fixture had broke in two. They sent a replacement part included a hot water handle that resolved the issue for free and with no shipping cost. Way to stand behind your product!! Thanks. PS they said Amazon will not let them correspond directly with the buyer. However they were very prompt in responding through Amazons messaging system.

Honestly, I would’ve given it 5 starts because once we finally got a plumber to install it, it was my favorite shower head, and for the price, it couldn’t be beat. However, after about 1 year of use, the water started spraying out the top (as you can see in the video). This is just with the water on very low, if I turn it on high, it sprays all over the bathroom rendering it unusable. I wish there was an easy way to contact the store to get a new head, but I haven’t been able to contact them about it. Very difficult when it’s been over 30 days. So now I either have to buy an entirely new one just for the head, but honestly I’m not sure why I’d do that if it’s just going to happen again. So it would’ve been good until it wasn’t. Also the piece that holds the hand held piece doesn’t stay put and the hand held slides through it. I was willing to look past that until this happened. Hope that helps someone!

Easy to install.You need to order the extension for the rain shower and it works like a charm. Love the retro look.

The Shower head is 12" shorter. You have to buy extensions. To reach 53”. I received a refund for the extension. Other then that its good.

En général je pourrais dire que je suis assez content. Mais il y a quand même quelque chose qui est un peu dommage, vu le prix, j'aurais imaginé que la qualité de la finition serait supérieure. Après quelques mois d'usage, le côté ou est ce que circule l'eau chaude est devenue terne. On dirait que le fini or brillant a été altéré par la chaleur de l'eau. C'est dommage
