Yes, use it all the time.

I was getting sores in my mouth. I'd bite my lip or tongue and get a sore that would stay for a couple of weeks and regular mouthwash would have little effect. I saw an ad for mouthwash with aloe and decided to try it. I ordered some aloe dent from amazon. The next sore was gone in two days. I gargle with aloe dent daily and no more sores. It also fulfills the duties of a regular mouthwash. I highly recommend it. Five stars.

AARP suggested an aloe vera mouthwash as being good for healthy gums. Amazon was, of course, the only place I could find it. I've been through a bottle and a half of Aloe Dent and visits to both my dentist and periodontist with good reports, so perhaps, in addition to my regular oral hygiene routine, it is doing some good. It's pleasant tasting and I'd suggest giving it a try.

Aside from the horrid taste, this mouthwash (which you couldn't tell has anything to do with aloe from using it) also has the extremely strange property of inducing a burning sensation only on the sides of the tongue... but nowhere else in the mouth. Bizarre and very disappointing selected alternative to the far superior if unfortunately now out of stock 'Natural Dentist' brand mouthwash.
