Starlight Beds Linear Grey Double Mattress, 4ft6 x 6ft3

I bought this mattress back in April 2020 as my daughter went from a single to a double bed but I didn't review it at the time. I have since bought other more expensive mattresses for our other beds but my daughter never wanted to change this mattress as she finds it is still so comfortable and she loves it. Will probably have to change it in the next few years (they recommend changing every 8 years). Obviously it depends on the comfort type to suit different people. This is quiet soft and the surface has little bubbles on the fabric now where it's been well used but this mattress has been great value for money and I highly recommend it.

I bought this mattress back in 2020. It's never list it's shape and it's still as comfortable as the day I bought it. Just bought another for my spare room. Best mattress I've ever had.

So I had a bit of trouble with the delivery of this product, it took several weeks after the original due date for the mattress to arrive. However, I put this down to the current situation with C-19 and the courier (Hermes) managing to lose the mattress in transit the first time around and seemed to struggle with it during the second attempt, however it did eventually arrive. The delivery is the only reason I gave this mattress 4 stars - customer service was excellent and attentive with trying to gather delivery information from Hermes, I couldn't fault Starlight Beds in the slightest. The mattress is incredible for the price, I always thought mattresses (especially memory foam) were supposed to be at least £200, but this price seemed like a steal! The mattress is comfier than many other memory foams I've tried (which were also far more expensive), I just can't believe the price. Overall I'd say if you're in the market for a memory foam mattress of high quality, look no further otherwise you'll likely miss out. Couldn't recommend enough!

was skeptical about a hybrid, with memories of childhood spring mattresses sticking in my back! however, this is easily the best mattress i have ever slept on! even comfier than the full memory foam mattresses i've been using for years. i don't know what it is, but this is heaven to sleep on. an easy 5* review - would give more if i could.

Nice and soft. However for me too soft. Single bed size bought but size seems about 3inches wider than a normal single so it slightly overhangs on the sides which means I sometimes slip off. Length is good. Came with what looks like a dirty shoe print at the bottom top-side and further dirty patches along the bottom. Came smelling horrible but leaving it to air for 5 days appears to have cured that. Finally bear in mind that it is a single-side use mattress. I doubt that it will last any more than a couple of years.

I was surprised by this mattress! I am a 6'7" and just under 20 stone n when I opened this bed and let it spring out it felt a bit too soft. However, when you lay on it it spreads the weight very evenly and it is just the right level of softness for me. My previous mattress was a very expensive orthopedic mattress which made my feet sore when I would go to bed. With this mattress my feet kind of snuggle into the mattress and get better support, granted my previous mattress was a double and a bit too short for me but the difference is amazing! I look forward to going to bed now. Having read many of the mixed reviews I wasn't sure about this mattress but am so glad I bought it now! Seriously good bang for your buck!

i got this mattress a single for my grandson which was /is quite comfortable soft and bouncy also read the reviews posted ,so when my old double mattrass gave up i thought i would not have to spend a fortune and get the same one but a double. To my regret, It sits low on my bed so you are touching the bed frame , the springs bong when you move on it there is no support at all ,you feel and you do roll in to the middle of the bed bumping into your partner, the springs dig into you , it is thin compared to my grandsons , very ,very disappointed , it is uncomfortable i feel like I'm sleeping on the floor , I can not sleep on it , had it for 3 days and I've had no sleep, have ordered a topper will see if it improves or will have to return but how to get it back into the box as it was shrunk is a challenge , so i may be stuck with a mattress i can not use ... wonderful waste of money.

purchased this mattress for my 8 year old son as he was well in need of a new one, the picture looked great and the mattress looked very soft and comfortable! I was sceptical that this would be the case with the £59.99 price tag! Received the mattress very quickly and it came vacuum packed rolled up in a box! As soon as I cut the vacuum bag the mattress sprung into action straight away, I left it overnight to fully inflate as my son was not home that night so thought I may aswell leave it overnight before dressing it! I gave it a whirl myself and had a little lie down on it and it is very comfy and soft! My son gives it top marks and says he had the best night sleep he has every had! Wouldn’t hesitate to Purchase again if needed!
