Bought this last September hasn't worked at all

With any product like this one it is difficult to comment on the benefits until a certain length of time has passed. I have been taking these for just 2 weeks without any negative effects. I will have to monitor the positive results over time, but here is what I think so far...The price is very reasonable for a years supply of supplements. Just one a day and they are VERY easy to take. Small and reddish in colour, they do look like some kind of sweet, so be careful as always about leaving these in reach of children ! There is a good range of ingredients and nothing that should upset anyone - see ingredients in the product description and if in doubt check with a medical professional.I had noticed that some of my fingernails were becoming thinner and my hair has also thinned considerably over the past 2 years- mostly due to age, I suppose- so I thought a supplement might help to improve this. These capsules contain a good helping of Biotin and Zinc, as well as taurine, folic acid and a virtual vitamin B complex, so everything is present for hair and nail growth as well as a nice balance of important nutrients. Some people say that a good balanced diet should supply these anyway.. but I like the peace of mind that comes with ensuring I am getting all of these on a daily basis.I can't think of anything negative to say about this product as they are what they are. I am happy to continue with these as part of my daily routine and would recommend them to anyone with the same concerns as mine.

I'm not sure if these capsules for Hair Vital for Men is working.Easy to swallow with some water (advised), as you can get it stuck in your throat, momentarily.When I open the bottle the capsules were like adult vitamin capsules rugby shaped. The capsules are burgundy in colour and smell like any other vitamin capsule.One a day with a meal.I have been taking a capsule with my meal daily and haven't noticed the growth of hair. What I have noticed is less hair in the shower. So I suppose it is working.What I will do is come back to this review and update it.

My diet has stayed the same so it has to be the supplement. I've also noticed less hair in the shower and on my pillow, so it definitely has a result.

These are good value for money hair growth supplements that contain all the essential vitamins and minerals which are required to promote adequate hair growth.However, the only major difference between this and the normal non branded ‘for men’ hair supplement (CYB Skin + Hair + Nails, 120 vegan capsules) is that this supplement contains taurine while other supplement does not, making this supplement better in comparison even for the ladies.The other supplement has less capsules as well but have the exact same vitamins and minerals without the taurine. Taurine is an essential amino acid which increases the production of keratin which makes the hair shaft strong, preventing breakage and dryness.Therefore, if you are a lady and are choosing between these supplements, they are the exact same. This makes leaves me wondering why this supplement is branded for men.Upon taking these, I noticed a difference in the quality moisture of my hair but haven’t noticed any new or significant growth, but maybe it is too early to tell.The capsules are of average size and easy to swallow.
