Great product and amazing customer service
We bought this gift for our 4 year old daughter and stored "hid" it in our cold garage here in Maine until Christmas Eve. I didn't let any of the pieces warm up when I started putting it together. Unfortunately, I tried the force the first base piece into place and broke one of the tabs. It all went together but is a bit loose where I broke the tab. I then emailed their customer service explaining what had happened and asked how I may obtain a replacement piece and additional stickers as I knew our daughter would use them up. I did not receive a return response and figured I wouldn't and I didn't push it as the still stays together well even with a part of the base broken and loose. We just received (yesterday actually) a replacement piece and additional stickers, free of charge. Fantastic!

Nice size, sturdy and lots of fun buttons/gadgets to play with!
This is a Christmas present for toddler. She hasn’t seen it yet but we put it together last night to make sure everything was there. It was and it is so cool! I think she will have a lot of fun with all the buttons and gadgets. I want to play with it myself!
