Amazing!
I cannot say enough about the vitamin c option (orange bottle). I'm 48, have used sunscreen since I was 18, but still have lots of lines, sunspots, redness, and general blotchiness. I am a flower farmer and spend hours outside in the sun (with sun protection, but still), and I've never ever felt comfortable being seen in public without some kind of foundation to help even out my awful uneven skin tone and blotchiness. After three months of using this twice a day along with Neutrogena face sunscreen and retinol in the pm, I feel confident going out in public without a drop of makeup. I get compliments from people about my skin, which is pretty incredible all things considered! Having healthy skin is a huge thing, especially as you grow older, and it has improved my overall confidence so very much. Thank you, Bliss, because I give your little orange bottle all the credit. You're light, absorb very quickly (under thirty seconds), aren't sticky, have a slight refreshing fragrance that goes away as you dry, and are easy to layer under sunscreen and anything else. Now I'm off to try your retinol and maybe some other products. My only complaint is the dispenser tube inside the bottle needs to be longer because there's still lots of product remaining and you need to work to get it out and not waste it.

Milky in color - yet smooth
I am happy with this discovery! I’ve been using a $99 vitamin C serum & I just really needed something affordable, easy to order, and clean beauty. Bliss hit the spot! Absorbency-very smooth on and absorbs easily. Effective-Yes! I noticed a difference after 25 full hours. Brighter in some areas on my face. Not under my eyes but smooth everywhere else. For reference-I have melanin in my skin and this did not cause itchiness or irritation. It’s loaded with peptides so the moisture retention is great. I’m definitely exploring the bliss line of products.

Great Vit C serum for beginners!
I really liked this product. It smells good, is absorbed quickly and is not sticky. It also goes on smoothly, is moisturizing and I can use it under makeup. I feel like it might be better for younger skin or vitamin C novices. I’m 40+ and it felt nice, but don’t know how much difference I see in my skin.

I'm getting less product in the new bottles - how??
I rated this 5 stars back when I first purchased it, but didn't write a review. I immediately fell in love and got another one, and have purchased it now 4 times, 2 bottles at a time. It's one of the few skincare products I've actually repurchased in my almost-35 years of caring for my own skin. This actually works. And I mean, for me, the brightening is immediate. It also softens like nothing I've ever tried. The scent isn't overpowering (maybe something mildly-but-neutrally fruity, like papaya?) and dissipates very fast. I love the texture/consistency, and it layers well under everything else I use on top, but it's hydrating enough on its own, over just toner followed by moisturizer and/or sunscreen. Now, here's where I've just had to come and write a review - and explain why it's 3 stars from me now: The packaging changed from the solid-color plastic bottles, to a frosty glass bottle in whatever color and all blue tops. We all know a pretty package mentally effects your perception of a product - it's science. So, when I ordered it for the 4th time and got the new bottle, I was not only disappointed in its look, but it looked like a smaller bottle. I mean, it is *technically* a smaller bottle, but it looked like it was holding less product. However, knowing I love the product, I obviously got past it. I think it's still the same serum, I don't have an old bottle or box to compare ingredients, but it feels/smells/looks the same. It still reads 1 oz., and it's so hard to say because the other colorful bottles were thick and had a larger footprint than a standard one-ounce clear glass dropper bottle. This is exactly why, when I start a new product, I write the date on it somewhere - I want to know how long I'm getting out of a product to see if it's worth it for me, and just to remember when I've opened it for expiry. I've had to give up a product I loved (this actually is replacing it) because I only got 3 weeks out of one ounce, using it only 3-4x/week. I couldn't afford that if I wanted to. So...the original (to me) plastic bottles lasted me over 5 months (very often closer to 5 1/2). 5 bottles in a row, I'd consistently gotten *at least* that long out of each of them. I've been on the new bottle for just under 2 months (started 6/02, today is 7/25) and I'm more than halfway down. Ummm, whaaaaa?? (And, as of last week, I've stopped using it every day because I couldn't afford its full price right now and I didn't have the backup bottle I thought I had.) I literally only have about a month left. So now I'm getting only 3 months from a bottle?? Someone's lying about something here. I've just reordered again today - potentially for the last time - only because (it went on sale and) I really, really don't want what's in black and white, right in front of me, to be true. (Story of my life, amiright? lol) I'm seriously hoping I've overused this somewhere and just don't remember somehow. But I'll tell you what, I'll never pay full price for this now, whereas I would before. If I had only ever gotten 3 months out of it, fine. It's a moderately-priced serum that works - wonderful. But someone's done something shady, and that's what I'm particularly P.O.d about. I'll absolutely update my review after I start on my next glass bottle and report back.

Nice serum
Really like how my face feels when I use this. Seems to firm some, but might not last all day. Hoping it helps with sun spots. Don’t have to use much.

Holy Allergic Reaction… Eczema Peeps Proceed With Caution
YIKES…. Not sure where to start. So I have pretty sensitive skin, I do have eczema and I have had peri-oral dermatitis in the past but I HAVE used this brand of vitamin C serum before. I chose to go with a vitamin c and peptide brightener because I am a breastfeeding momma so I have to avoid retinols, retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, etc. BOY DO I WISH I WOULD HAVE SKIPPED THIS ONE. Upon application, my skin was seemingly adjusting ok. Hours went by, I started to feel a stinging sensation. I washed my face a moisturized with my normal products. That night, I had very red, tight, burning skin and I also felt maybe light swelling. The next day was the same of rough, red, burning skin and the swelling continued, almost as if I had chemical burns. 2 days after initial application, I woke up to have my eyes almost swollen shut. A fast trip to Urgent Care, a steroid shot and meds later, and I was finally recognizable again. Basically, if you have sensitive skin, eczema, etc I don’t think this is the product for you. I think the reformulation is just too strong for skin with sensitive/compromised barrier. As for the price, not bad for a chemical burn/exfoliant lol I had to go through a lot of pain but I basically have new skin 😂 no but really, proceed with caution on this one if you are super sensitive. Everyone is different but Patch test FOR SURE! I wish I had!!!

Why can we no longer buy this in the UK for a normal price?
Fantastic serum but no longer available in the UK unless you’re prepared to pay nearly £50 a bottle here on Amazon!! Used to be stocked in Boots and on Beauty Bay but no longer available from there. You can purchase from Bliss’ website but the international shipping charges are OUTRAGEOUS. DO BETTER BLISS!

Nice but not necessarily effective
Smells nice and goes on easy but sometimes my face burns after using it and I haven’t seen much of a difference in my skin (bottle is almost empty)

Nice serum but unsure about effectiveness
It’s a nice serum, pleasant orange smell and easily absorbed. Leaves skin soft. Not sure if it has much of an effect on my skin texture/brightness so if you have a specific skin problem I’d probably go with a higher % concentrated vitamin c. I like it but I will probably try a different product once it runs out. Also quite pricey for what it does.
