Always repurchasing
These are my favorite noodles to use when making homemade pho. I purchase them every time I plan to make pho broth, and my family absolutely loves them. They are easy to prepare and have a great texture that works perfectly in pho. The package contains a generous amount of noodles, making it easy to prepare enough for the whole family. I also appreciate how well they pair with homemade broth and all of my favorite pho toppings. Overall, I really enjoy these noodles and will continue purchasing them whenever I make homemade pho. EXCELLENT, VERY PLEASED WITH THIS HEALTHY ALTERNATIVE!
Other customers guided me in preparing these by soaking them in boiling water. Thank you all! My first attempt wasn't great, they were still too chewy. I think it is cold in my house and the uncovered metal pan I soaked them in lost heat too quickly. Next time I put them in the pot in my thermal cooker, poured in boiling water from my kettle, closed it, soaked them three minutes, opened and stirred, closed again and in three more minutes they were perfect! I was delighted. And I very much like that these are only rice and water, no preservatives, no high sodium, nothing unhealthy. Thank you!

One massive package
Not individual packages. The product is fine. I just need to figure out how to store it to keep the unused fresh.

most authentic
tried other vermicelli brands to use for pho and this one has the best texture and taste by far. Noodles don't become mushy after cooking. The package is big, 2 pounds and will last awhile. Will be buying again!

I absolutely love these rice noodles! They are very thin, just the way I like them. Cook up super fast. Delicious !! Highly recommend.

product is fine, but delivery is bad
the delivery person squeezed the big package of brittle rice noodle into my relatively small mailbox, which caused many of the noodles to break into small sticks rather than their original long form. Amazon deliveries usually (and correctly) leave the package on my front porch. Why mailbox this time, especially when the package clearly does not fit its small size? It's not a product problem. It is a delivery problem.
