Very easy to set up

It was easy to set up however the directions were not helpful. Pictures are great but better when accompanied by instructions. The water took an extremely long time to heat up.... Longer than advertised. Durable construction and controls were easy to figure out. Seems a little overpriced for the overall "portability" of it being that heating takes so long that taking it places seems improbable. During use the tub loses heat rapidly, even faster with the Jets running which leads me to believe it will not do well in colder climates below 70° f.

Came quickly. Took a day to heat water. Missing chemical floater and all accessories that it advertised.Not happy

I just received my hot tub and my husband discovered that the manual states you can't store or keep the tub in temperatures below 40 degrees! This is not mentioned in the description above. I live in Colorado and it's about 15 degrees out now, so it would appear we just wasted $800. Has anyone else who lives in a cold area bought and successfully used the spa outdoors?

Tell you right now trying to find parts for these are a royal pain! Getting a EO2 code. Trying all sorts of methods to get it to work and it's not. Customer service doesn't help. Can't order parts for it. It's Been a terrible investment so far... not happy.

The spa works ok until the pump throws a code. The dreaded E02 code has my tub ready for the dump after one year. I wish you could buy a replacement egg, but Coleman seems indifferent to helping out.
