This shell key fob worked perfectly with my 2015 Tahoe. I was able to easily open my old fob and remove the board and battery and put it into the new fob. The old key fit into the new fob, so I didn’t have to get a new one cut. I read a review that said you can use your old fob back on the new fob if you want to keep your emblem. (Mine is the Chevy bow tie) The old fob back does NOT fit on the new fob. If you really want the emblem, you can pop it off the old fob back with a screwdriver and glue it on. Definitely recommend this fob! Shipping was very fast, the fob was super easy to switch out. I am going to place an order for my spare fob next.

This fob shell was as described and fit my old, worn out fob for my 2018 Yukon XL perfectly. The replacement process was simple and easy. All the buttons work as if it were from GMC itself.

I decided to replace my old key fob for my yukon denali and I purchased this one the price is right and the material is made premium look just like my old OEM key fob it works nice no issue arrived super fast.

This does not have the Chevy emblem on it. But the quality and weight is very nice. Even my son noticed. It was easy to switch the pieces out and replace my aging key fob. I actually prefer it to the OEM one and will be replacing my other key fob.

Bought the shell only for our 2015 Tahoe LT as the button rubber is wearing out on the eleven year old SUV key fob. The electronics worked fine in the old one. Swapping the guts took a couple of minutes and the original emergency key fit perfectly in the new fob. No bow tie logo but nobody cares. Not sure of the durability yet but don’t think it is as durable as the OEM….time will tell. For the price, I’ll just buy another one if it wears out. Saved at least $300 after shopping around for a replacement at the dealership, Costco and Batteries plus. Batteries Plus shell only was $49. $10 for the win.

The key fob case is fine and looks like the original. However, I was unable to use the backside cover with the Chevy emblem on the new case. It didn't snap down all the way on the other half of the new fob and the emergency key would not lock into place. The only way it worked was to use the new key fob in its entirety. I looked for a long time to try and figure out why I couldn't use the old key fob back with the new fob front, but nothing stood out that was causing the issue so I gave up. If you don't care about not being able to reuse the Chevy emblem, then this key fob appears to be fine. The emergency key works fine in the new case.

Works great with my 2018 Chevy Suburban LT. I just had to remove my circuit board, battery, and key from my old unit. Easy to install in this new remote. All the buttons work.

These just do not work with a 2019 GMC Terrain. We tried programming them ourself with YouTube instructional videos but could not get them to work. Doing it your self takes about 30 minutes so after about six times trying we gave up and took them to the GMC Dealer. After spending an hour using the GM Programming Module they couldn't get them to work either. To summarize, they were impossible to install, unprogrammable and not compatible.

I purchased this to replace the key fob for my 2015 Chevy Tahoe. The internal components of the original key fit perfectly and this key even came with a battery. I swapped my laser cut key that was in my original fob and had no issues. Highly recommend, good quality.

If it only had the car brand on it, you wouldn't be able to differentiate from original. But worth the money.

Direct fit to the exact number of buttons key fob you need it for. Its just the case not the chip inside, but will the blank key it comes with cut to the vehicle, however still way cheaper than spending hundreds of dollars for a new key and another hundreds just for programming so this method beats that
