I am not into the whole white kitchen aesthetic that has been so popular in recent years and when we moved to the house I am in now, I decided to just stain our cabinets to give them a makeover. This stain has held up over time. We stained the cabinets 3 years ago and they still look so shiny and have this beautiful golden oak color. I think the cabinets have a classic, timeless look now. We went on to stain other things in the house with this color. I even used it to stain a plant stand because it just looks so good! I highly recommend this product. It is worth paying a few extra dollars for. I've used the stains you find at other stores and nothing looks as good as this one.

Currently renovating my 110 year old house. Every door had 2 layers of paint over varnish. It's been a challenge removing the imbedded paint without causing further damage. I haven't finished but I am pleased with how the Brazilian Cherry has covered the damages. I'm applying several coats out of necessity and I still plan on applying a final coat after sanding with 240 grit sandpaper. It isn't perfect but what matters is my satisfaction. If I was staining unfinished doors or doors without excessive damage then I am confident that I would have been able to use one coat. One can covered the equivalent of 8+ doors if I was able to only apply one coat.
