Which one is better the 02 trainer or the Elevation Training Mask 2.0? I have asthma so i'm looking for the one that will work best

Well I have the O2 trainer and I've researched some comparison videos if you have asthma probably both are gonna give you a little bit of trouble but I saw on one of the videos that the elevation training mask makes it difficult to breath out which according to bass rutten O2 trainer video isn't as conducive to your training one of the positives about the mask though however is that you don't have to wear the nose clamp thingy on the O2 trainer on the higher levels you WILL have to in order for it to work at it's optimum capacity. Would this be comparable to just breathing thru your nose?

On the 1st 3-4 air hole sizes, yes, but then as you go smaller and smaller, it gets harder and harder.  Level 12 is basically a giant pin hole.  Also, because I can hear myself breathing, I find it easier to regulate my breathing and make sure my breaths are equal and smooth, which helps a lot too.

Why is there 2 different models? Is one older than the other? The more squared one looks like it has a better case and better made

Hello , We only carry the model as in the picture . This is available in Blue and green .
The squared one was an older model and the new one with the round caps is the latest
model . The mouthpiece is improved and the overall usage is better .
