CUCKOO Micom Fuzzy Logic Rice Cooker, 20-Cup Cooked, White, CR-1020F

Love this new toy. I was watching videos in FB and kept coming across this kid who’s about 9 and was Asian. He was always doing videos and showing how to just throw things into this and turn it on and wahhhlaaaah! A meal! Genius! It’s not just a rice cooker. To me it’s almost a cross between a fast cooking crockpot and a pressure cooker. I was some rice. Ad either water or broth, all the veggies I want and meat of choice and some soy sauce and it’s done in about 30-40 min! I set it on the regular rice setting. I also made a delicious chocolate cake in it! Mad the mix, greased the inside with pm, poured in batter and turned it on steam for I think 50 min? It was delicious!!! It was an experiment but it worked! So I use this farrrr more than just a little rice cooker, I use it multiple times a week and keep in on the counter. It’s a little big but it’s not ugly so I don’t mind. To me it was worth the money. Makes great rice but even better quick and easy full meals!

Perfect for daily busy working days as well as the perfect size . No issues of overheating or overcooking. You can set up your own time for cooking and ready meals. Easy to clean pot as well as the cooker set.

The only cons with this product is the inner pot- pretty thin and light. You have to use it carefully to avoid any scratches. I really hope they can provide some stainless steel replacement.

Purchased February, 2025. 20-Cup, Review after 1 year, 4 months. SUMMARY: Positive - Overall, okay rice cooker that is used daily, 7 days a week. No real complaints! Does the job. Negative - Inner nonstick pot is peeling and the only replacement is the OEM pot from CUCKOO with shipping & tax at $64.36 . Plus $5.38 unrefundable pre-charge for the right to return, if there is any issue with shipping, otherwise all return costs are your expense. As of 6/26, this unit is on sale for $99 (sale price from $122) with free shipping and returns via Amazon. CONCLUSION: caveat emptor - This is an item with a lifespan of 1-2 years. Does not really make any fiscal sense to replace the inner pot at this point at $64.36? Breakdown: 4stars - Operational & Cooking: Not really any issues to mention. 3stars - Rice cooking okay, not anything to write home about. 1star - Inner pot quality is poor and bottom non-stick is degraded/peeling at this point. Cleaning routine is gentle w/sponge and pre-soaking w/water on a daily basis. -1star - Only replacement inner pot is the OEM item directly from CUCKOO for $50. I would value the inner pot at $9-$12 based on similar quality inner pots for other rice cookers I have owned. In my opinion, it is in no way a $50 pot. -1star - +$10 shipping. (Unless you purchase a minimum of $80) -1star - +$5.38 for the right to return the inner pot if damaged in shipping. Yes, they are charging a nonrefundable fee for the "right to return". This is being performed via a 3rd party company. Stars: (4+3+1-1-1-1)/6 = 1 [rounded up] Other thoughts: May look for a stainless steel inner pot in my next rice cooker. Ideas?

This is easily one of the best rice cookers I've owned. It's super forgiving with the amount of water you add, and the rice comes out perfectly every time. It's also easy to clean, it can cook any type of rice, porridge, or even soups. It feels sturdy and well made and I haven't had any issues after a year of use! For the price, this is the best option in my opinion!

I ABSOLUTELY love this rice cooker! I’ve been wanting a Cuckoo rice cooker for forever but most are so expensive that I held out. My husband and I have always used Zojirushi rice cookers but they don’t make them like the old days. We have gone through a couple and they did not keep rice warm for long. In less than a day the rice turned bad and smelled. We were throwing out so much rice- what a waste of food! I was so disappointed. I saw this one while browsing on prime day and loved the price. I also loved the reviews that said the rice was kept warm for more than a day. I was sold. I thought “Why not? If it doesn’t work I can return it.” Best rice cooker I have bought by far! The rice stays warm for a long time and I am no longer throwing out any spoiled rice. The white design is so pretty on my kitchen counter and I love the touch buttons. My husband laughed at me hugging my rice cooker, because I love it so much. ❤️ Fast forward to October 2025- my rice cooker is still going strong and it’s still the best rice cooker I have ever bought. Period. UPDATE: It is now March 2026 and my rice cooker is still going strong and still keeping rice warm for a long time.

BEST rice cooker we have ever had!!! Cooks the rice perfectly. also makes a large amount for our family of 7, I would buy this one again. Easy enough to use for my children to use as well.

This CUCKOO 10-cup Micom rice cooker works great. It cooks evenly, is easy to operate, and feels very reliable for regular use. Very satisfied with the performance and quality.

So glad I have able to find this brand, specially in Europe. It’s my first time using this brand. I am so satisfied with the cooked rice, it seems to control very well with the amount of steam flow and my cooked rice really smell great. The look of it is very smart too. I’m proud to place that on my kitchen island. It has 15 cooking functions on its menu. I have not try all yet. Extremely happy
