It sat in the drive and did NOTHING. BEWARE this product....I don’t understand any of the positive reviews. Allowed me to access Windows administrative account and get into a computer for a friend who forgot her password. One limitation I found is that if you’re password is not a local account, it can’t reset it. Still a great tool. If anyone knows a work around, please post it.
