Easy to program and I paid $10 less than the universal remote I originally purchased from Home Depot but returned after I could not get it to work. The cashier said "yeah we get a lot of these returned"....hmm maybe stop selling them then, so people like me don't end up wasting their time!?

A battery IS included and already in the remote!!
This remote was exactly the right one for my garage opener. However, the description of the item says that a battery is NOT INCLUDED. I purchased a battery for it and opened the remote and a battery was already installed! No need to even open the remote. Just program on your garage door opener.
