Day & Night H4H348GLD 4 TON Split-System Heat Pump 13 SEER 460/60/3 R-410A

Their website claims " You get a replacement unit if a major component should fail" It states "No Hassle Replacement" but now I'm paying $250 to fix the coil and the dealer said Day and Night will not offer a replacement. Look at the website yourself. I feel ripped off and don't know if they will ever replace the faulty item.
