Great toilet seat. Easy to install.

I was very pleased to find this in a color to match my 1970s bathroom fixtures. It also seemed to be of high quality. It's made in the U.S.A. But after three weeks, it seemed like a hinge had broken. However, when removing it to return it, I found that the hinge was okay but the screws had worked their way completely loose from the wood. Bemis told me to return it, not to attempt to fix it, and that the cause was probably that the screws had been overtightened in assembly. Their customer service was very nice and well informed. It is a nuisance to return a product. However, the replacement arrived quickly and has seemed fine. If I'd received the second one first, I'd have given it five stars. On the first box, there were no instructions. However the second box did have instructions. The installation is nearly zero work. If youtube videos have freaked you out about replacing toilet seats, forget that - this could not be easier. If the box instructions are not enough, there is a video on the Bemis site.

Loved the color ..but it broke easy n always would untighten at the screws.. kinda made me upset.

The only place I could find a blue toilet set. Right color, right size, right brand, and good price. Should have looked on line in the first place.

The build quality is very good, but the color paint faded in less than a year!

The toilet seat is absolutely gorgeous the craftsmanship is superb. I had a slight problem with ordering to wrong size, emailed them on the 20th of Sep and all sorted out by the 22 nd. Unbelievable, the service care with incredible. Would recommend the seat and would buy from the company in a heart beat. Exactly what old businesses and their ethics where built on. Thank you

Always buy Beris good quality and value for money, had other makes but never fitted well. Very sturdy and soft close.
