Ozark End Table

I have to decorate a new office, and my decor is zen. I got a great zabuton, but the low Japanese/Korean style rustic tables are hard to find, so I bought this. I am refinishing the wood. It has taken the oil-based stain well, except for some spots where wood glue was applied messily...but for the price...I am not complaining.They used real wood glue, and it is easy to sand off. I cut the legs to make the table I wanted and sanded the feet smooth. It looks great.The kit came with an extra piect that is not in the photo. It is a bottom slatted shelf. I stained that as well, and I'm thinking of using it as wall art. This is a really great bargain and I am sure it would make a good regular coffee table, too. It was easy to put together even though the directions are not idiot proof.It is real wood, is customizable and made in the USA. I really couldn't ask for more. Even though it is pine, it is made to hold up well.
