Don't Buy Even If Offered Free
Very bad product. RED colour was ordered but White was sent. Invoice still says RED. Fails often. Rice gets burnt and the cooker does not automatically switch to WARM from HEAT. Do not buy even if offered free.

May be considered if you do not have time to cook rice in traditional way
Rice is cooked well but not like traditional cooking. I am using it for last 3 month approx Updating my reviews after 1 year. The product is working fine and easy to use. Updating review after 2 years . The product stopped working, I had opted for extended warranty,they gave Amazon gift voucher of cost price, ordered for an new one, was not working properly so initiated replacement,the 2nd replaced time also not working...... So now requested for refund.....

. After use we find product performance not satisfactpory. Lid seems damaged.
Easy to use but lid/ Cover is very light and also knob on the cover /lid is loosely fit and storing water drops after cooking which comes out slowly after cleaning. Transparent cover could have been better.Pl replace cover as seems defective.Also not clear what is meant by P R W O red colour since we expected red colour of item.Thanks I couldn’t get any response for my request. After use we find performance is not satisfactory .
