Rockwater Designs Collapsible Buck Saw

The media could not be loaded.  Easy and lightweight. Advantages: rigid bowsaw blade support prevents bending of blade on bigger pieces common to flip saws. Easy to assemble and VERY light. 2 blades.Disadvantages: on the small side (I have cut 8"rounds with effort but wouldnt go bigger), and time to assemble/disassemble is greater a than flip saw. Also, should wear gloves as there is no hand guard. These are almost irrelevant in my experience - I love this saw. I'm not sure about replacement blades, but I have longer ones I will cut/drill/rivet to fit.

Great little compact saw. The only downside seems to be the hardship of finding replacement blades or making them yourself. But for the price they were selling this at, I can't take off a star for that.There is a cheaper option (Coghlan's Folding Saw) that apparently has more readily available options for replacement blades, but it also has the downside of plastic parts that can break. I didn't want to deal with that, so I got this.

This saw is tiny. It is more like a toy for a child than a useful tool. The idea was very good but it needs to be made larger and heavier. Unless you plan to only cut twigs, find another method.

Well designed,compact, and cuts very well

I can’t really give a review of the blades because the product was manufactured incorrectly. The saw blade slot was cut on the opposite side of the handle tube so I couldn’t even put it together....

Poor blades. The rest of the design I loved. But it needs to be able to cut. Not with the blades sent with this saw!

you can not find replacement 13INCH or 300MM blades ANYWHERE!!! and you cant even get them from rockwater WTF??? great design but youll have to make any replacement blades your self....lame
